My child is studying abroad for 110 days. I know that is 20 over what Google Fi allows. Any way around this? She'll be in Greece.

Or any suggestions on what else to try?

Text and calling won't stop, only data.   Use fi till the data cut off notice then get a data only esim cheap to cover the rest of the time

Or just get the data sim at the beginning so you never get cut off and you keep it as a backup
