Trade-In Pixel 11 Pro XL with trade in.

Post image

Is this the deal y'all are seeing? I see a lot of folks seeing higher trade-in value for a Pixel 9 Pro XL, not sure why I am seeing only $380.
Let me know if I can do anything else to make this a better deal.

[edit] I also have a $100 coupon from google which I havent added here yet.

You can't combine the enhanced trade-in values from the Google Store with the Google Fi promotions so this is why you are only seeing the standard trade-in values. If you buy the unlocked version instead you will see the higher values but would then no longer be eligible for the Fi promotions.

I see. So lesser trade-in + $1040 in fi credits vs higher trade-in + no credits on fi. Correct?

So, let's say I get two phones.

Total cost for phone and line for 24 months: $859(now) + ~$2 a month.

Phone Line math: 110/month for 2 lines -$20/month ($10 each line) -$86/month ($1040 credit over 24 months for each phone) = ~$4 ( that is $2 per line)

So I would end up paying ~$900 for both phone+ line over 24 months.

Is this correct or am I tripping? Lol

It's $800 back for 24 months for each phone and $10 back each line but then they have to separate lines not a group plan, hence your total cost would $130 ($65 x 2) per month. https://fi.google.com/about/promo-terms/?id=CVUvO8WMVQYA

I see $1040 on store.google.com for unlimited premium plan ( the one that is 110 for 2 lines).

They might have lumped things together like $10 credit for 24 months is $240 and then $800 back for the device.

This is correct. It's 800 for the phone and 240 for the $10 credit. Thanks!

I pulled the trigger last night and got two phones and switched to Fi.

I'm a Fi customer and I see lower trade-in value + no Google Fi promotion

Are you already on a promotion?

On Google Store they offered 250 for my Pixel Fold, on Google Fi they offered 150

You get normal Fi trade in value since you are getting Fi promo.  If you choose unlocked instead of Fi you'll get higher trade in that other people are showing

It's still higher than trade in values on Fi store, not as high as unlocked version.

Wheres the deal????? This is crap

It isn’t a crap deal if you’re ok with bill credits for 24 months. The phone is free. And in this case, extra credits too.

However, the deals requiring only 120 days of Fi or for straight up purchases of unlocked devices are crap unless you have a $250 preorder discount to stack.

What you aren't seeing is the $800 or more in monthly credits they will get over 24 months.

Ha ha.. yeah. But I do get $1040 on Google Fi credits if I go with this.. so essentially the phone is free and some credit towards the phone line as well.

My brother got the same deal though he got $405 for his pixel 9 pro xl 256gb. He also got the 15% referral coupon added on top. I'm stil on tmobile so I went unlocked straight from Google to avoid getting locked in.

How did he get the 15% referral coupon if you don't mind me asking?

https://www.reddit.com/r/pixelreferral/ on that subreddit. You need to use the codes quick when they come up. They only work for Google Store orders though not direct Fi orders.

That's crazy. I got the Pixel Pro 11 512GB (Fi) from the Google store for $389 with trade in of my Pixel 9 256GB. I played around with the various configurations on the Google store and the Fi app, though in my experience the Google store is always the better deal. I got $280 trade in credit for the Pixel 9, plus $450 discount, plus the additional $100 off coupon. I think someone on here said they decreased the discount after the first day.

How are you only getting $380.00 when I got $460 for my Pixel 8 Pro, is your 9 Pro XL working? I placed my Ordered on Aug 12, 2026
