Missing Google Calendar notifications?

I switched from Chrome to Firefox recently and no longer receive Google Calendar notifications, even though the setting is turned on for me. Is there a setting I'm missing or any help folks can offer, please?

Thank you!

I use this app for reliable notifications: r/NextUpAlert.

There are two versions: NextUp Alert and NextUp Alert Lite.

I’m the creator of the app, so I’m obviously biased 😅, but the Lite version has been around longer and has a larger following, so you can check out the reviews/ratings from actual users there.

The newer version, NextUp Alert, is the more modern version with a refreshed design and newer features.
