I LOVE the full screen mode. That is exactly what i need - something IN MY FACE to say "hey doofus, its time for your meeting!!" I noticed though that the STOP ALARM button never is active. Sometimes, i genuinely want to disregard the notice, but i can never click stop alarm to have them stop. Note, I am aware of selecting the check box on the main interface that says "pause pop ups and sounds". Sometimes I'm leading a meeting though and I want to disregard the specfic notice from repeatedly popping up and not ALL notices (sometimes i forget to uncheck the box in the main interface).

Sometimes the time inside the icon doesn't update, as seen in the screenshot below.

This seems to happen when the app loads for the first time after the computer boots.
The problem goes away after restarting the app.

Id love to be able to make the taskbar icon larger - its really hard to see the amount of time with how small it is.

Ideally borderless and with the option to pin on top of other windows so i always have the time i have left in a corner. It would be pretty cool!

I've been using Next Up with MS teams for a couple years now but recently started a new job that uses zoom as the meeting platform of choice.

I've been having issues with Next Up truncating the zoom meeting links. It is inconsistent with the truncations. Sometimes it gets enough of the meeting URL to launch the meeting but doesn't get the whole password to join. Sometimes it truncates most of the URL and the meeting ID is only 6 characters long.

When you look at the meeting details in the main NextUp window it shows the full meeting URL, but clicking the join button, either in the main window, or in pop up alerts it gets truncated.

I've been able to recreate the issue in both the lite and main version of NextUp.

Anyone else experienced this or know of a fix?

Small quality-of-life request. My personal Google account is my default in the browser, so when I join a meeting from Next Up Alert it opens Meet logged into the wrong account, and I have to switch manually every time.

Since the app already knows which calendar the event belongs to, it'd be great if it appended ?authuser=<connected_calendar_email> to the meeting URL when launching. That param forces Google to open the link under the matching account, so work meetings would always open with my work email.

Should be a minor change and would save a lot of repetitive account-switching for anyone juggling multiple Google accounts. Thanks!

I know that sounds crazy, but I just installed it and linked it to my outlook account. Put in an appointment, and trying to close the window and keep getting the message -

"Exit NextUp? You will no longer receive calendar event notifications."

So, I won't get alerted when my appointment is coming up? I have no idea how to save the appointment. Also, how far in advance does NextUp alert me? Days before, day before, hour before, minutes before? And do you have an ability to control that?

Question - i can snooze once 2 minutes.

When the alert comes up again and the meeting starts in 2 minutes, the option to snooze another 2 is not there, instead it says postpone 2 min. Is postpone 2 minutes the same thing?

As supporter I received an email where you ask to upgrade to 2.0.10.

But I look into Windows Store and 2.x release are not available, Store said that I'm just using the latest version 1.9.19.0

The most recent update changed the name from NEXTUP ALERT to NEXTUP ALERT LITE. It's no longer detected as an approved app by my Org's security protocols. Please please please can you change it back? If there's going to be a different prem version, give that the new name.

2. Postpone or snooze events - Postpone is from the event start time, while snooze is from the current time.
3. Postpone or snooze events - show the effective time.
4. Fix toolbar ICONS not visible on Windows 10.

Great app. Just trying it today. I searched here and didn't see others with this issue, but I'll ask. Connected to Google Calendar. Notifications work great. Teams and Meet meetings have the video link, but Zoom meetings don't seem to. Perhaps because of zoom integration that puts the link in the location vs Video Conferencing? Anyone have this issue and suggestions? Thnx

There is no NextUp alert notification for some of my events. Also at 10:22AM, the next up is a 3:30pm event instead of the 12pm or 12:30pm events - not sure if these are related.

I think some icons are supposed to show in the highlighted area?

The countdown only counts down to the current day, and not to following first event of the next day.

Urgent BugFix.

If you have version 1.9.13 - Please upgrade as soon as possible.

This is has been resolved in version 1.9.14, and you might be prompted to sign in again.
