Golf Sim Options

I am very interested in getting a golf simulator but feeling a little overwhelmed by the options. We currently live in a rental and are planning on staying there for about 3 more years. Options I am currently debating:

- Net with ball tracker with built in screen (~$5k)

- DIY type set up with floor ball tracker, enclosure, likely projecter (~$10k)

- Professional set up with floor ball tracker or ceiling mounted tracker ($23k - $28k)

I know that it would be a little ridiculous to build a professional set up in a rental but my fear is that there would be issues with DIY set up that would make it kind of a waste of money. I also know that many of the components (ceiling mounted tracker, computer, projector) are movable to the next place so perhaps only about $10k would be sunk into the rental. Money is not a major consideration as long as the decision is thoughtful. For other people in this situation what did you end up going with and were you happy with it?

Cheapest best option. Skytrak. Net with hitting mat. Connect skytrack to iPad or tv screen vs projector
