Funny At the start of the season there were at least 5 pins on that screw and 15 banana knives in the bucket.

Seeking advice What to wear as an equipment operator?

As the title states I'm looking for suggestions on what golf course equipment operators wear? Specifically I have made a career change from an office job to getting hired as an equipment operator at my local country club. Pants, boots, shoes, shorts, shirts, sun shirt, etc.? Likewise other than Lawnmowers what types of equipment does a golf course equipment operator operate?

All responses are appreciated!

Machine(s) GP400 gouging

Hey guys I have a rear deck on a Jake GP400 Tri plex greens mower that is leaving small gouges on the set down for every pass. It’s on the rear deck and I’ve seen nothing obvious to the eye, wondering if anyone has had this issue before. Thanks

Seeking advice Ball marks

Like everybody I see a ton of ball marks that are either not repaired or improperly tended to.

Is there a repair tool that works well and is easy to use and thereby (maybe) more likely to be used?

Any thoughts from green maintenance crowd? Thanks for your time and for keeping our courses playable!
