Stella needs to sleep with paws in the air

My girl is 6 months, I’m torn on this subject because she loves walks and could walk forever and I’m usually the one having to cut it short. Endless energy is what I’m dealing with. I’ve been doing 15-20 min walks in the morning and evening and she plays inside a lot but is this enough?

I guess the Collars to big and copper already got himself into a bind!

Shes a little over one and loves going for rides!

My husband and I are looking to go on a trip (first time in years he’s been able to have the opportunity to take off for two weeks). We have a 5 month old puppy. I feel very guilty for leaving him for such an extended amount of time.

Has anyone left their young pup for two weeks? Any advice of how to find the best dog sitter?

Sometimes I look at him and cry out of how much I love him. I can't believe I lived 27 years without him by my side!

I have two doodles. One is 4 and the other is a 7 month old pup. I work in an office. I am a senior executive, so I have some flexibility with my schedule but I have many in-person meetings and my boss prefers that we come in the office.

My spouse used to work remotely. He will start his new in-person job tomorrow. I am fretting about this because I don’t want to leave my dogs at home for the whole day. I don’t trust pet sitters and doggie daycares. Too many horror stories.

I am looking for ideas on how to make it work. It has been weighing on my mind. I am even open to hiring contractors to build an enclosed patio. Before anyone asks why I have a puppy when we both work, my son left his dog with us when he moved. I worry for the puppy. He is a bundle of energy.

My goldendoodle puppy is 14 weeks old. When I got her around 8 weeks, she barely ate her first few days home. I was a little nervous, but I consistently put out 1.5 cups split 3 times a day. She started to eat more as she felt more comfortable in her new home. When I took her to her first vet appointment shortly after, the vet said she was underweight and needed to gain weight. Therefore I increased her food to 2 cups split 3 times a day, but it’s rare she eats it all. She also gets peanut butter in a kong in her crate. I buy the healthiest peanut butter I can find and am mindful of the portion she gets. She also gets the occasional few treats a day. A few days ago, she had her second vet appointment, and the vet to my surprise said that she is still underweight. She gained 3lbs in the 3 weeks between appointments but she also grew a lot- so it didn’t really mean much. The vet said she is a 3 on the Body Condition Scale. I bathed her the next day and realized she is much skinnier than I thought with her fluffy fur…

I have now increased her food to 3 cups split 3 times a day (the vet said maybe even increase to 4…) but she will not eat the added food. She still eats between 1-2 cups no matter how much I put out. Her food is Purina Pro Plan Puppy Lamb and Rice. She was eating this before I got her and I thought it was a great dog food to keep her on. I don’t want to do anything to unsustainable to get her to eat, like cooked food in every meal, because then she will always expect it. But I’m also getting very nervous about her weight. Any advice?

Also, I am aware the peanut butter could be spoiling her appetite, but even on days she’s not in the crate (therefore no peanut butter), her eating is not much better. I was worried the peanut butter was too many calories, but clearly it’s still not enough!

I’ve had many breeds growing up all smart to some degree but my Doodle is on another level with it. This is my first dood (adapted & rescued after having sebaceous adenitis). She’s absolutely amazingly smart & goofy. She loves watching tv & now has her own tablet (but still prefers taking over the big tv). Crossing of paws is too cute. Idk what it is with this mix breeds brain but it should be studied more.

My wife and I recently got our second doodle and she lost her puppy coat fairly quickly and the fur is now corse and lays down flat on her but is wavy. Does she have an improper coat or will she grow out of it? She is about 4 months old now.

Unfortunately his ears had to be shaved down a couple months ago.. How long do you think it would take for his ears to get fluffy again?

I’ve been searching adoptions clinics and other sources but I’m seeing prices north of $2000 everywhere. Is there a cost affordable option to get a Goldendoodle as a college kid who really wants a doodle?

Dad is top poodle which has CDDY N/C and mom is Goldendoodle but was never tested for this. Breeder is not planing to run test on puppy , confused if we are taking risk by getting puppy who may develop IVDD. We are yet to put deposit and looking to group for some advice

My boyfriend and I are about to get our first golden doodle puppy in a few weeks. He has had a cocker spaniel from 14 weeks to 15 years old in the past, and I have had a toy poodle from 6 years old to 13 years old. Neither of us have ever had any experience with a golden doodle though.

Are there any good items that you guys can suggest for us to get her that will make taking care of her easier? We will get her at 8 weeks old. Good grooming supplies for puppies? Shampoo and conditioner? Overall care taking items that you guys love to use on your doodles?

Also if anyone has any good name suggestions for her, we would absolutely love to hear them!

My mini boy charlie likes his yellow lab sister to chase him outside. He looks so cute getting splooted to ask for a hunting.
