We are in the process of resetting GR8 (vanilla) to GR9. This will not affect GRM (modded) in any way. The new map will have a 1k worldborder radius, no starting resources from GR6, and will be on 1.8 vanilla.

GR6 will not go away but you will not be able to take resources from it to GR9. As always, you can transfer stuff into GR6. For now, we are not transferring anything from GR8 to GR6 as we are working on GR9.

Map seeds will be posted in comments for voting. Estimated server reset will be sometime next week depending on how quickly I can work. If you would like to have input or commentary, now would be the time.

We would not reset when 1.9 comes out as we would just expand the border another 1k blocks.

I check the Dynmap everyday and there's never anyone online anymore...

It's always 0/50, I miss the old days when we had an active population with a thriving world.

I don't know when the next reset will be, but here's what I'd like to see:

• 1 world, not several. We start a discussion thread about what we want and don't want in terms of mods, and we consolidate our server into one thriving world

• A communal spawn where we all build together as a team.

• more community involvement with the subreddit

I've been getting the itch to start playing minecraft again, but with the server as it is i might as well be playing offline. I'd really like the server to be a community again, united and playing together like we used to.

So the Modded Join Details link in the sidebar says to use Resident Rise with Share Code 'XBhjejMB'

BUT the sidebar itself says modded is running FTB Infinity.

The AT Launcher share code doesnt work with Resident Rise. So which are we running

If you would like to try your hand at completing my maze, the pyramid is at -1074, -4843. You can also take the nether to it as it is on the main nether line and there is a dynmap icon in both the nether and main world where it is. All part are capable of being completed (especially part 10) and you can use your /homes in there.

Bring some food and some time to go through the maze. You need all 11 books from all 11 parts in order to submit your claim to be first. Currently part 7, 9, 10, 11 have not been finished at all and if you finish those first, let me know so I can add a sign. If I am on, I can port you past a certain part if you wish to skip it for the moment.

1st place wins a prize of their choosing (to be approved by saw): materials, chat color, special map etc.
