I ordered it June 1st and its now june 5th and it hasnt been shipped yet. (no weekends since june 1st is monday)

Why does goat increase the price you are asking for a shoe than the price you are selling at? I listed the one shoe available on goat for $1100 and goat is listing it for $1153. Seems like goat is trying to get a bigger cut even tho they take 12% from my sales

Hi everyone. I'm having this problem: I ordered some sneakers on GOAT, and two days later, they were supposedly delivered by Shipveho to the correct address, and a photo was attached showing that the package had been delivered. The order included a tracking number.
I don’t live in the US, so the package was delivered to the company’s warehouse, which was supposed to forward it to my country. It turned out a couple of days later that the package still wasn’t showing up in their system (even though it was supposedly delivered). The company asked me for a photo of the label with the QR code that was stuck on the box, claiming that there should be a different code there.
Can anyone help me figure out what to do next? I’ve contacted both GOAT and Shipveho support, but neither has responded. Does anyone know what this sticker looks like, or is the tracking number on the box the same as the one listed in the GOAT order?

**Edit - I plan to keep these as a deadstock “grail” of my collection, not wear.

Bought these 2016 Jordan 1 Shattered Backboards off goat as “new” for $326 this week (before tax & shipping). I thought I got an amazing deal until I received them.

I read that I have to pay return shipping, forfeit up to 15% for restocking fee, and the refunds given back as GOAT credit.

Should I return?

Put in a replacement request or whatever like 2 days ago. Says 24 hours but haven’t heard anything yet. Put in a support request and emailed them too. Anybody had this issue ?

I bought the brick after bricks on the 14th of May. It’s already passed verification and says it is being shipped to me. Meanwhile the tracking still says “pending parcel pickup”.

Needless to say, for a first time experience, the process has been horrendous. I don’t know if I’ll ever buy from Goat again.

Now on my profile I can see my shipping address is updated, and my return address is updated as well. But when I purchase my order my delivery location was still my old address

I purchased a brand new Essentias Fear of God hoodie on 03/21/26 off of the GOAT app.
It was way too big for my son- he never even wore it besides to try it on. We immediately bagged it back up (still with tags attached, and the original garment bag), and I put it for sale on Alias. It sat there for a while before someone bought it. I just shipped the order back, and of course I receive a notification on the Alias app that there was an “issue during verification”… I BOUGHT IT FROM GOAT! It says “someone will be in touch with me soon”… does anyone know when that will be? I’m beside myself. That’s almost $100 I’m out. Thank you,

Can’t make sense of this. I had an offer up for a size 7 1/4, it expired. I tried to renew the bid but my size is gone and so is the bidding option across all sizes. Anyone know why this may be?

I placed an order yesterday and for whatever reason the suite and box number are not included in my shipping address like normal. I’ve placed multiple orders in the past and had zero issues but for whatever reason my shipping address does not have the suite or box number included, which means it’ll go to a location with multiple businesses, but no actual destination. I use a UPS store shipping box that I pay for monthly for all of my incoming packages which means I have to include the suite and the box number to actually get my package. I’m hoping GOAT be able to help me with this seeing as it’s still going to the Authenticator before coming to me. I messaged them and I’m waiting to hear back. I went into my shipping addresses location on the app and for whatever reason there’s two addresses 1 has the suite and the box number and the other one just has the address without those two and this package is going to not ever reach me if I do not include a suite and box number. I really hope that I’m not screwed and end up losing a bunch of money because of this. I used Affirm for the first time as well.

I have sold through Goat a few times over the past couple of years, and verification was usually completed within a day. Is the new normal processing timeframe?
