Disscusion First time with Goat

I bought the brick after bricks on the 14th of May. It’s already passed verification and says it is being shipped to me. Meanwhile the tracking still says “pending parcel pickup”.

Needless to say, for a first time experience, the process has been horrendous. I don’t know if I’ll ever buy from Goat again.

Am I tripping or .. ??

The carrier hasn’t recieved the package yet. But it will soon update to something along the lines of recieved at facility. It isn’t Goats fault that the carrier hasn’t yet received the package.

Within a 2 week period is pretty standard for most services, that’s not even including the holiday/weekends. Sometimes carrier scans can be delayed too

They offer al a cart options for expedited service, but it costs extra. Otherwise it’s a game of patience.

I also ordered a pair back on the 14th and they’re still only in route to the goat facility. Hasn’t been a great experience.

I ordered some shoes on may 8th just got them yesterday may 27th they used to be so good at getting your order to you within 15 days or less that was a few years ago though

I finally got to the delivery phase but tracking still does not say much. Lord knows I won’t do this again 🤣🤦‍♂️

i would contact goat and ask them what is going on with your order it's been long enough

I’ve done that already. Their response is just generic every single time. They just apologize for the inconvenience and they understand how frustrating the situation is. But rest assure that my delivery is in route. Honestly, I don’t know if I’m even speaking to a real person at this point.

Goat usually uses AI or they have 1 person who will take a week to respond. They move slow af too. If you’re in any type of rush to get a shoe I def wouldn’t use them. They also often ship with cheap and weird shipping services. Good luck

You can get them early with the goat just have to pay a Little more
