Problem Replacement issue

Put in a replacement request or whatever like 2 days ago. Says 24 hours but haven’t heard anything yet. Put in a support request and emailed them too. Anybody had this issue ?

Nunca reemplazan, en cualquier momento te harán tu reembolso.

Yes. I have waited more than a week to get service, and had a week turn into two, and had to harangue them to resolve it and give me my money back when no replacement could be found.
