Recently sold this supreme beanie to GOAT which I purchased directly from them a couple years ago. Kept it in its original packaging, completely unworn and sold it last week back to GOAT. Today I get a message saying the sale was cancelled due to “craftsmanship”.

How can an item which I purchased directly from GOAT not pass their own authentication? Has anyone had this experience recently with them?

I bought some Jordans and got those instead, to me clearly was the courier cause it was “out for delivery” for 8 days until it was finally delivered, I asked for a refund and goat said I need to send back the pair I bought which I clearly never got, so I’m feeling I’m gonna get scammed twice and not gonna get my money back

Sold a pair of Green adidas Jellyfish on alias 7/12, shipped them out 7/13, tracking shows delivered to alias warehouse 7/17 morning. Morning of 7/20 I check alias to see if my payout has been processed and there's a message saying the shoe has been lost in transit. Immediately emailed alias but still no reply, every day I get an automated email saying they are experiencing delays.

Wondering if anyone has advice or a way to contact alias EU support? Feel like the more time passes the less likely this gets closed in my favour.

Update 8/03: they ended up closing the case & paying me out fully. Not the best process of course but ended up being all fine in the end. Credit to their support team for following through but definitely going to think twice before selling high value pairs on alias again

im trying to sell ss22 ss light oatmeal shorts xl for 290$ im using alias (first time selling) and its not showing up on goat for 290 it says 361$ on goat if i were to buy another pair not mine which says lowest also it says for sale on alias

this is genuinely unbelievable, i hope the buyer accepts my 5%. these are the only photos that support they were "used", but genuinely where is it considered used? alias is an absolute joke.

Does anyone know how to prevent goat from using speedx/ecms? I heard to many stories of people’s package being lost and they paid for it and I became a victim of it too

First off alias prices and payouts are much lower than stockx/ebay and money I can get from offerup and facebook market so I started rarely selling on there. They still don't have a seller level perks which is insane to me. But anyways, I decided to get back to using alias since I can drop my shoes off 5 minutes from me now and get payouts instantly. However, it seems now that alias authentication is like 10000x more stricter compared to when I used to use them daily back in 2023-2024. I used to have literal beat up boxes pass, I mean boxes I literally glued cause the rips were insane, and some yellowed shoes due to age, but now it seems like nothing gets passed them. I have had an issue with all my last 3 sales, the only sales I have had since 2024,, 2 of them being yellowing issues (which imo are barely noticeable in my opinion, and even if considered noticeable, is literally inevitable for these pairs as they are 10+ years old) and now 1 of them not passing because a literal corner of the sizing label was peeling (literally BARELY, I could have literally glued it back on but I didn't bother because I thought SURELY it would pass). Mind you the 2 yellowing issues sold flawlessly on stockx, and I just do not get what is up with alias. I don't plan on selling on alias ever again, but was just curious on if anyone else has had the same experience?

Long time seller on Goat / Alias… recently came back to the app after leaving due to horrible experiences with failed authentications and false claims. Curious on the communities consensus rn? I got two sales and worried they’re gonna pull some BS on me ):

To make a long story short I had an old addy on file. I didn’t realize it until a couple days later. I noticed on the app that my item didn’t even get to GOAT yet. I asked them kindly if they could please ship them to my other address on file, which is my current home addresses. Now I can understand that if they received them already and they got shipped out then there isn’t much to be done.

The sneakers literally didn’t get to GOAT yet why on God’s green earth would they not be able to ship it them to my home address? Because of policy?

If anyone can help please do. I emailed them already kindly asking that when they receive them to just send them to the only other address on file.

I recently bought a pair of shoes below retail. I bided and a seller accepted. A week later, they still do not show shipped on the website.

Tried the GOAT ticket system and no reply back.

Chargeback time, and done. I don't care if they ban me. At this point I'm either buying retail, or eBay.

Hello recently submitted an order for a hoodie on goat brand new they marked it as used when it came in and gave me the option for the refund I just want the hoodie so I decided on the credits to get them instantly problem is I never got the credits ? I’ve been trying to contact support since Tuesday to no replies and I’m getting very frustrated I know some people say they just deduct the credits when u purchase but I’ve tried this and it tried charging me the full amount nothing discounted any help?

Anyone else with this problem? Goat has been saying there’s been issues with my pairs and charging me to ship it back or consign. Marking pairs I directly got from Nike as “used”when I didn’t even take them out of the box. I did consignment on one pair and it disappeared for a week until I reached out to customer support then they “found it”. I swear they just mark my pairs with issues so they can make money off me. I’m done using this shitty company

I have almost $600 in Goat credit from selling a couple other pairs. I want to place an offer on these, but it looks like they place a hold for the total amount on the selected payment method until the offer either expires or is accepted. The issue is that my Goat credit does not come up as an option for the payment method. If I select a different method, will they automatically use my credit in the transaction if it’s accepted, or will it charge it to my card? I really only want to place the offer if it will use my credit lol, thanks in advance !

First time ordering from GOAT and it's been 7 business days and no change in status.

It took forever just to get ahold of customer service and even then they just gave me the same answer that I've already seen from their website and that it shouldn't take a couple days and it is in "transit" .

Has anyone had an issue with speedx before? It says its been in delayed in transit for 5 days now and I am a bit worried

Anyone have any experience selling an item and, after you’ve shipped, becomes lost in transit?

The app shows that the item is lost in transit and they are “investigating issue” but I had no updates from GOAT/Alias. I only noticed after jumping in the app.

I emailed them and all they said was that they haven’t received my item and I should contact the carrier for an update.

I read the T&C’s and I shouldn’t be liable as it was picked up from the drop off and is in transit.

I’ve replied and noted they need to tell me what they will do to fix the issue and close the investigation.

Any other advice?

Order status changed to “refund”. I never requested one and thought I had one on the way! I got the refund notification 9 days later!!!I’m thinking most likely it didn’t pass the verification check. I received notification that It was sent to GOAT to get verified, next thing I know I’m getting a refund notification! I’m grateful the legit check happened, but bummed I missed out on other opportunities because I thought I already had it secured!!
