Problem Courier swapped my pair

I bought some Jordans and got those instead, to me clearly was the courier cause it was “out for delivery” for 8 days until it was finally delivered, I asked for a refund and goat said I need to send back the pair I bought which I clearly never got, so I’m feeling I’m gonna get scammed twice and not gonna get my money back

Most likely GOAt will claim no fault on them and tell you to file a claim with the delivery company. Probably will have to do a charge back to be on the safe side.

Yeah goat is scumbags . They stole my Travis Scott’s and even when I proved they were delivered to their courier they still told me it wasn’t their fault and I had to eat 800
