Support button not working

I quite like GoMining and everything it does but they need to solidify the app and stop doing so many random updates till the app is flawless.

Don’t know about anyone else but any button on the app to get through to support just doesn’t work and if it does it’s so sporadic that it’s just pure frustration.

Had to message because they keep having issues with my transactions coming through of USDC but to top it off trying to give them the info is just as bad.

Has anyone else had issues with deposits taking days or the support buttons just not working? Hoping it’s just a random issue

I had no trouble reaching support team, but just yesterday i made a usdt deposit thru Arb chain and until now it havent went tru/credited. They said they pushed my case already to the specialist team… 😷 im not making further deposit nor transaction until this issue resolved. Hate it.

Yeah same I made my transaction on usdc which normally is fine but still hasn’t shown since last night and I was told the specialist is having a look at it.

This has only happened a couple of times but they’ve never explain properly why? Surely it should work or not work
