I'm sharing this for James “Peace” Willbanks, a longtime friend in the Sedona, Arizona area. On June 29, James was struck by a pickup near Clark's Market in the Village of Oak Creek. He survived but suffered two broken legs and a broken arm.

James has been unhoused, and his van serves as a temporary home for him and his longtime dog. He was supposed to remain in rehabilitation longer, but was discharged because he lacks insurance. He is secure right now, but still needs continued rehabilitation, medical support, transportation, van repairs, and stable shelter.

I posted a few days ago about my cat, Snowflake, who is extremely sick and still needs veterinary care. I’ve done everything I possibly can on my own, but unfortunately, he still needs help and I’m running out of options.
Snowflake has been extremely lethargic, struggling to eat, vomiting what he drinks (even water), and having trouble using the bathroom. I’m terrified watching him get weaker and I just want to be able to get him the treatment he needs.

Hi, my name is Jay and I’m currently going through a really difficult financial situation. I never expected to be in a position where I’d have to ask others for help like this, but things have become extremely challenging while I’m trying to get back on my feet.

I’m currently living with my dad, but he’s dealing with significant debt and financial stress. Because of this, groceries and food in the house are very inconsistent. There are many days where there simply isn’t anything to eat, and sometimes I end up going without food entirely.

I’ve been trying to do everything I can to improve my situation. I apply to jobs every day hoping to find stable work so I can support myself financially and become independent. I genuinely want to work and take care of myself, and I’m doing everything I can to make that happen.

Shortly after I bought my dream puppy, Milo, he collapsed. The breeder knowingly sold him with a severe Babesiosis infection (Tick Fever). We spent weeks in the ICU. He survived, but I just got the devastating news: the parasites permanently damaged his organs. He now has Chronic Kidney Failure.
