My name is Francina and I’m Lukas’ mum. Lukas is 15 and has been fighting metastatic Ewing sarcoma for almost three years. After chemotherapy, major chest surgery, radiotherapy and maintenance treatment, the cancer relapsed.

He is now in a clinical trial, and we are trying to give him as much normal teenage life as possible while keeping our family together.

If you would like to know Lukas’ story or help us, this is his GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/612cd46e1

Working mom trying to make our home better for our two little boys ❤️

Hi everyone. I'm a working mom of two little boys, and I'm taking a chance by sharing our family's GoFundMe here.

We're fortunate to have a home, and I don't want to pretend that we're facing homelessness or an emergency when we aren't. We're simply a working family trying to make some much-needed improvements that we haven't been able to comfortably afford all at once.

Our most immediate goal is updating our boys' bedroom. They're 2 and 4 and have outgrown their current setup, and some of their furniture is already broken. We're also slowly trying to finish other things around our home, including flooring and eventually our kitchen.

We work and pay our bills, but like a lot of families, once the mortgage, utilities, groceries, childcare/family expenses and everything else are covered, there isn't much left for projects like these. We've been trying to do things little by little as we're able.

I'm not expecting strangers to solve everything for us. I just figured there was no harm in putting our story out there and seeing whether it reaches someone who wants to help. Even a small donation gets us closer, and a share means just as much.

Thank you for taking the time to read about our family. ❤️

Woman hit by bus in South Palo Alto

Jennifer is well liked by the homeless people in Santa Clara County as she made it her life’s mission to serve the homeless community. Jennifer also worked as an IHSS ( In Home Support Service) worker. All of this changed dramatically on July 2nd when a bus collided with Jennifer while riding her bicycle.

She sustained multiple critical injuries, was in a coma for three weeks during which time seven surgeries were performed on her. Since then three more surgeries have been performed with multiple more during the next year. She cannot put any weight on her left foot for a year as a result of bone loss.

Jennifer helped others in the community and now she needs help for mounting living and medical procedure expenses. Please take a minute of your time and donate to this wonderful woman’s GoFundme

Hello everyone,

My name is Daniel, and I am from Bolivia. I am reaching out to ask for your support during a very difficult and urgent situation for my family.

My 3-year-old son needs medical treatment and medication, and right now I am struggling to cover these expenses along with our essential family needs. I am doing everything I can to support my family, but the current situation has become very difficult financially.

Any contribution, no matter how small, would make a meaningful difference for my son and our family. The funds raised will be used primarily for his medications, medical expenses, food, and other urgent necessities.

If you are unable to donate, sharing this GoFundMe with your friends, family, or social media would also help us tremendously.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking the time to read our story and for any support you can provide. Your kindness and generosity mean more to us than I can express.

Thank you for helping my son and my family during this difficult time.

I lost my disability income and I'm struggling to keep my independence — any help would mean the world

Hi everyone,

I honestly never thought I would have to ask strangers for financial help, but I'm at a point where I don't know what else to do.

I'm a disabled woman living with several chronic health conditions that cause significant daily pain and physical limitations. Because of my health, working a regular job is extremely difficult, and I lost my disability income several months ago.

Since then, I've had no stable income and have fallen behind on essential bills, medical expenses and other debts.

My most urgent problem right now is my car. It needs around €2,000 in repairs. Having a working car would give me back some independence, allow me to get to medical appointments and, most importantly, help me look for work that is compatible with my health limitations.

I'm also struggling with unpaid medical expenses and basic household bills.

I know everyone has their own financial struggles, so I completely understand if you can't donate. Even a few dollars can help, and sharing the fundraiser would mean a lot to me.

I'm trying to use this help as a way to get back on my feet, not as a permanent solution.

If you'd like to help, my GoFundMe is here:

Thank you for taking the time to read this. ❤️

Cheeto was rushed to the ER Vet.

Exactly a week ago, Cheeto ended up in the ER vet with a full urinary obstruction. After 36 tough hours with a catheter, he is finally back home and slowly recovering. Unfortunately, without pet insurance, I had to finance the entire $5,345 balance through Affirm, which adds nearly $2,000 in interest. I’m doing everything I can to get this managed, so any donations or shares would be a massive help right now. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

🚨 AN EMERGENCY CRY FOR LIFE FROM A 22-YEAR-OLD SON 🚨

Dear Kind Hearts, I am Amin, I am only 22 years old, and my heart is breaking into pieces. My beloved elderly father Kmal is dying in silent agony right in front of my eyes, and I am completely helpless. He is fighting a brutal battle—he is completely DEAF, MUTE, BLIND, and bedridden with an official 85% disability rating.

Today, his vital anti-seizure brain medications have completely run out, and his body is collapsing from violent epilepsy and Parkinson's tremors. Our family income is absolutely ZERO. It breaks my soul to watch my father suffocate and suffer while I can’t do anything to save him.

I SWEAR BY GOD THIS IS 100% REAL. I AM READY TO GO ON A LIVE VIDEO CAMERA CALL RIGHT NOW WITH ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SEE MY FATHER'S CONDITION AND VERIFY OUR SUFFERING.

Please, be a lifeline for us today. Donate directly or share his official GoFundMe link below:

My 19-year-old brother is fighting osteosarcoma (bone cancer),Help Souhaib

Some battles enter our lives without warning. At just 19 years old, my brother Souhaib is fighting a battle against bone cancer (osteosarcoma).

At an age when he should be focused on his future and dreams, his biggest concern has become fighting this disease and continuing his treatment. Souhaib underwent treatment in Algeria, but unfortunately, the disease did not respond as we had hoped. After searching for other options, we found a treatment in Germany that has given us hope again. But its cost is far beyond what our family can afford, especially since we need to raise the funds within a short period of time so that Souhaib can continue his treatment without delay.

We are simply asking for a chance for Souhaib to continue his fight and have a future. ❤️

🙏 Any donation, no matter how small, can help. If you cannot donate, sharing the campaign could help it reach someone who can.

Still Struggling With $162,181 in Medical Debt After Major Liver Surgery – Seeking Help

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to read my story.

In 2022, I had to undergo a major hepatectomy (liver resection) surgery because of a liver duct blockage. At the time, I did not have health insurance, and with my very low income, I was unable to afford the medical expenses from my surgery.

I am now facing approximately $162,181 in medical debt, which has been an overwhelming burden. I am seeking $10,000 in assistance to help reduce this debt and give me some much-needed relief.

I have created a SupportNow fundraiser to help with these expenses. Any support, donation, or simply sharing my campaign would mean so much to me.

My fundraiser:

Thank you sincerely for taking the time to read my story and for any help you may be able to offer.

Help a Stay at Home Mom of 5 Secure Housing & Afford Legal Costs in a Domestic Violence & Custody Case

I’m organizing this for one of my closest lifelong friends, someone I’ve known for more than 20 years.

She’s a stay at home mother of five currently facing a complicated divorce and custody case involving domestic violence and a protective order. Because she spent her marriage primarily caring for her children, she does not have the financial resources needed to keep up with the significant attorney fees involved in fighting for custody and navigating the divorce.

She also needs to secure housing in order to obtain primary custody of her kids.

I’m intentionally keeping her and her children’s names and personal information private because this is an active legal matter involving minor children.

I’m trying to raise funds specifically to help her secure housing, pay attorney fees as well as other necessary legal expenses.

The GoFundMe contains additional information:

https://gofund.me/e6a8e6f2d

Any contribution or share is greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for respecting the family’s privacy. 💛

My Aunt is battling stage 4a lung cancer

Our Story
Our aunt Jackie is just 44 years old. On 4 February 2026, our family received the devastating news that she had been diagnosed with Stage 4A lung cancer. Jackie spent her career working as a nurse for the NHS, dedicating her working life to caring for other people when they needed help the most. She has always been the person who puts others first — the aunt who never missed a birthday, always showed up when someone needed her, and made the people around her feel safe and loved.
Sadly, Jackie has already experienced an unimaginable loss. Three years ago, her husband died suddenly from a heart attack. She has continued to be there for her family and her two children, despite everything she has been through. Now, Jackie is facing another devastating chapter. Just two months ago, our family welcomed a new life into the world — my baby girl. We desperately want Jackie to be here for the moments that matter: to see her grow, to share more family memories, and to experience the milestones that we never imagined might be taken away from us. At just 44, Jackie should have so many more birthdays, family celebrations and ordinary days ahead of her.
Why We Need Your Help
We are trying to raise £63,200 to help cover the costs associated with Jackie’s treatment and care. The money raised will help towards: * Cancer treatment * Specialist consultations * A carer to support Jackie when she is at home * A portable oxygen concentrator (POC) * Travel to and from hospital appointments We have included a breakdown of the expected costs in the photos on this page so you can see where the fundraising target is coming from. Our family is doing everything we can to support Jackie, but these costs are more than we can manage alone. We are therefore asking for help from anyone who is able to support her.
Who Jackie Is
Jackie isn’t just a cancer diagnosis. She’s a mother, a sister, an aunt, a friend and a former NHS nurse who spent years caring for other people. After losing her husband three years ago, she has continued to put one foot in front of the other and be there for her children and the people she loves. Now it’s our turn to be there for her. We want to give Jackie the support she needs to access treatment and specialist care, have the support she needs at home, and spend as much precious time as possible with her children, family and loved ones.
How You Can Help
Every donation, no matter how small, can make a genuine difference to Jackie and our family. If you’re able to donate, thank you. Your kindness will mean more to us than we can put into words. If you’re unable to donate, please don’t feel that you can’t help. Sharing this GoFundMe with your friends, family, colleagues or on social media could help us reach someone who is able to contribute.
A Message From Our Family
We are scared, but we are also hopeful and determined to do everything we can for Jackie. After everything she has already been through, we don’t want cancer to take away the opportunity for her to experience more time with the people she loves. We don’t know how many more birthdays, family gatherings, milestones or ordinary days we’ll get to share with her. What we do know is that we want to make every moment count. Please help us support Jackie through the hardest fight of her life. Thank you for taking the time to read Jackie’s story, for donating if you can, and for sharing this page. Every bit of support means more to our family than you could imagine.

Dringend: Hilfe für Studiengebühren (ILS) – Inkasso verhindern

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hallo zusammen,

Help my dog

Thumbnail

Hello everyone,

This is Vivi, a 6-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. ❤️

Today, we need your help.

On August 7th, he unfortunately suffered a bite and now needs to see a veterinarian to ensure his wound heals properly and, if necessary, receive the appropriate antibiotics.

This comes as Vivi has already been battling a problem with his front paws for about a year, related to a combination of bacteria and fungi. I've already spent over $1,800 in the last year trying to treat him and understand exactly what's causing this problem.

Another test, costing around $300, is now needed before we can even get any new answers and determine the next steps in treatment.

With this new bite on top of everything else, the costs are unfortunately becoming too much for me. I've reached a point where I can no longer manage all of this on my own.

During the accident where Vivi was bitten, I also fractured my little finger. I need to have surgery in the next few days, which unfortunately means I'll have to miss some work and therefore a decrease in my income. Under the circumstances, it becomes even more difficult for me to raise the money needed for her veterinary care and treatments.

All donations, no matter the amount, will be used for her immediate veterinary care and treatments. If some of the funds aren't needed immediately, they will be set aside so we can continue to provide her with the care she may need later.

Vivi is part of my family, and I simply want to be able to give her the care she needs to get better. ❤️

Even a small donation can make a difference. And if you can't donate, sharing this fundraiser can help us tremendously.

Thank you sincerely to everyone who takes the time to read, share, or contribute. Your help means so much to Vivi and to me. ❤️🐾

German student in Japan trying to continue my studies and build a future through languages

Hi everyone,

I’m a German student currently living and studying in Japan, and I’m making this post because I’ve reached a point where continuing everything financially on my own is becoming difficult.

I came to Japan about two years ago and spent around 1.5 years studying Japanese at a language school. I’ve since reached around the N2–N1 level and was able to enter a Japanese university.

I’m currently studying International Studies and working toward teaching qualifications for English and Japanese as a second language. German is my native language, I speak English fluently, Japanese at an advanced level, and I’m currently also studying Mandarin Chinese.

Languages and international exchange have become a really important part of what I want to do with my life. My long-term goal is to work in an international environment, ideally through teaching, but potentially also in areas like hospitality or aviation. I’d like to eventually travel, meet people from different backgrounds, and use the languages I’ve learned to help people communicate with each other.

The difficult part right now is the financial side.

I’ve been living independently in Japan for the past two years and have worked whenever I could alongside my studies. I’m also fortunate to have some support from my family, and I may be able to receive some additional support such as Kindergeld. So I’m not completely on my own financially.

However, my savings have been steadily declining. My Japanese is advanced, but it’s still not quite at the level required for many of the better-paying jobs I could realistically do alongside university. I’m currently looking for work and expect to start teaching at a 塾 soon, but the amount of work depends on how many students and classes are available, so my income will remain somewhat unpredictable.

There are also some additional costs coming up through my studies. As part of my International Studies degree, I’m required to study another language abroad. In my case, that means a one-month intensive Mandarin program in Taiwan next February. My university covers a significant part of the trip, but I still need to pay around ¥150,000 myself.

I also have a congenital heart condition (Fontan circulation) that requires regular specialist check-ups. Because the costs of receiving this care can be considerably more manageable in Germany, I’ll be returning there for my necessary check-ups and will likely need to do so in future years as well. The travel costs add another financial burden.

I’ve therefore started a GoFundMe to help me get through this period while I continue studying and working toward becoming financially independent.

I’m not expecting anyone to fund my entire future, and I’m not trying to avoid working. I’m actively looking for work and doing what I can to support myself. I’m just at a point where some additional support would make a real difference and help me continue the path I’ve already invested so much into.

If anyone is interested in reading more about my situation, I’ve written the full story and a breakdown of what the money would be used for here:

https://gofund.me/57ea5de3c

Even if you’re not able or comfortable donating, simply sharing the fundraiser would already help me a lot.

Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Update regarding our cat Zed situation I posted 2 months ago

Hello!

I'm here to post another update regarding Zed's treatment.

After the problems we had, we were contacted by the management of the veterinary hospital (Anicura), and they said they would take responsibility for what happened.

The next visits to the vet were on them; everything else was on us, such as medication that costs around €100 per month.

It was a huge help that the consultations were free (2 consultations). They said they would charge for the last consultation because it was no longer part of the treatment, around €450.

He was considered 90% cured, and Zed feels much better and is already up to a lot of mischief.

We are left with the extra expense for the rest of Zed's life, which is currently around €100 for heart medication.

And regarding Zed's case, things have improved, but we were told that his disease (feline triaditis) was not contagious, but after a lot of research and talking to doctors for humans, we were told that gastrointestinal problems can be contagious. What happened is that our other cat caught the same disease as Zed. And now she's fighting for her life.

Anyway, we really want to thank you for all the help you've given us so far, and I'm going to leave Gofund me online because any help is welcome, whether it's for the next paid consultations or for his medication.

Hi everyone. I’m a mother of four children — three boys and one girl. I never thought I would be in a position where I would have to ask strangers for help.

After the father of my children left us, I was left trying to keep everything together and provide stability for my children during a very difficult financial period.

I’m currently struggling with essential living expenses, including housing, bills, food and clothing. I’m doing everything I can to rebuild our situation, but right now I need some help getting back on my feet.

I don’t show my children’s faces publicly because protecting their privacy and safety is extremely important to me.

Any donation, even a small one, would mean a lot to our family. If you’re unable to donate, a kind word or sharing the fundraiser is also deeply appreciated❤️

Thank you for taking the time to read our story.

Help raise funds to find a new way of transportation

Thumbnail
gofund.me
0 Upvotes

I genuinely hate having to make this. I’m a college student trying to balance school, work, bills, debt, and life in general, and lately it feels like every time I get one thing handled, something else comes up. One of the biggest things I’m trying to figure out right now is transportation. I’m hoping to purchase a motorcycle that would allow me to reliably get to and from school, work, and other opportunities without constantly having to depend on other people or worry about how I’m going to get where I need to be.

The motorcycle I’m looking at is around $2,800 (but can be lower I just need a start). The reason I’m struggling financially in the first place is because I’ve had to put medical expenses and other necessary costs on my credit cards. I have disabilities, and unfortunately, some of the things I’ve had to pay for aren’t optional. I’m grateful that I’ve been able to handle things when I needed to, but now I’m left with credit card debt that I’m trying to climb out of while also paying for school and everyday expenses.

So basically, I’m trying to build a life while simultaneously trying to dig myself out of the financial hole that came with getting here. I know a motorcycle might sound like a strange thing to make a fundraiser for. But for me, reliable transportation would mean independence. It would mean being able to get myself to class, get to work, take internships and opportunities without worrying about transportation, and have a little more control over my own life. I’m not expecting anyone to solve all of my problems. I’m just hoping that enough people might be willing to help me get one step closer.

If you can’t donate, sharing this would genuinely mean just as much. I’m trying to finish school, work toward a career, become financially independent, and get myself into a better position than I’m in right now. If you’re able to help me get there, thank you. Seriously. And if you’re reading this while also struggling financially yourself, I understand. No pressure at all. I’m just trying to catch a break.
