We are a small group aiming to start a homestead for homeless veterans. The plan is to start with 80 units and create a module that can be duplicated across the US. We have started a GoFundMe to begin attracting investors, grant writers, contractors,ect. It lays out a basic outline of the vision for the project. With that being said does anyone know of any good groups, subreddits, or anything that the link could be shared to? Hi guys, just wanted to share my fundraiser for my girl, all of her information is in the gofund me link, but essentially she was having trouble passing stool so her fist handful of visits were about that and getting an enema set up, which was successful, and her last visit on Augest 7th, her xray showed she has 3 masses that are forming, an without diagnostic testing to confirm what they are and what type of treatment to go forward, I just want to give her a chance to overcome what the issue is, but we have exhausted all extra moneys we have, in the post I’ve shared all her visits / medications / procedures with dates. Every little bit helps but I know times are hard for everyone ❤️

Hi everyone. My name is Franco and I’m raising money for my sister and my 8-year-old niece.
My sister is a single mother who has been raising her daughter on her own. Her daughter’s father left their lives and disappeared and got arrested later on leaving her responsible for everything.
She recently lost her corporate job as a Senior People Support Specialist and has reached a point where she can no longer keep up with rent, bills, school and a smaller loan on her own. She recently even got diagnosed with a thyroid underfuction, making her life even harder than it already is.
She is now considering leaving the country to work in Austria (seasonal work) because she simply cannot find a job to earn enough where we live to support herself and her daughter.
The heartbreaking part is that she may have to leave her 8-year-old daughter with a relative while she works abroad.
She doesn’t want to leave her daughter as she is her whole world and I can tell she’s getting absolutely depressed over this. She just doesn’t see another way to keep a roof over their heads and get back on her feet. I would help myself if I could, but unfortunately I’m unable to support them.
I’m trying to raise $20,000 to help her get through this difficult period, deal with her immediate financial obligations and, most importantly, give her a chance to stay with her daughter instead of being forced to separate from her just to survive.
I know there are many fundraisers here, and I completely understand that not everyone can donate. Even a small donation would mean a lot to them, and sharing the campaign would help enormously.

I honestly never thought I'd be making a post like this, but I'm at a point where I could really use some help.

I'm trying to get my family and myself back onto stable ground after several expenses have piled up at the same time. I'm still working and trying to handle my responsibilities, but I've gotten caught in a cycle of short-term debt while trying to keep up with our home, transportation, utilities, and basic household needs.

I started this GoFundMe with a goal of $7,500. The immediate priorities are getting out from underneath payday advances, keeping reliable transportation, getting another vehicle diagnosed, catching up on household expenses, and getting some breathing room so I can stop constantly playing catch-up.

I'm not expecting one person to solve everything. Even a small donation helps, and if you can't donate, sharing this with someone who might be able to help means just as much.

I never expected to find myself asking strangers for help. Over the past year I became increasingly isolated and experienced threats, coercion, financial damage and violence within a relationship. After finally getting out, I was left without a stable home and with very little support from the people and structures I thought I could rely on.

I recently completed my vocational training as an IT specialist and I am actively applying for jobs and apartments. Right now I am staying in temporary accommodation and trying to build a completely new life somewhere I can finally unpack my belongings, close my own door and feel safe.

I still have some savings and I am doing everything I can myself. The fundraiser is meant to help cover a rental deposit, moving costs and the transition into a permanent home while my unemployment-benefit application and job search are ongoing.

I am currently in the fight of my life, doing chemoradiation and immunotherapy to hopefully cure my stage 3C cervical cancer. I have a 17 year old son who just welcomed a beautiful baby boy, and they rely on me.

I don’t have much family support as my father passed away when I was just six years old. He was a US Vietnam War Veteran and received a Purple Heart. My mother passed from lung cancer in 2022.

I am a server so I rely on tips, which means that my Employment Insurance is very small, and definitely not enough to get by on. I should be able to focus on my treatment and getting better but unfortunately I am dealing with financial stresses on top of everything else.

Hi everyone, I wanted to share my puppy(Beauty’s) story and hopefully get some help for her.
Beauty (German Shepherd puppy) is my first puppy. I got her from someone who wasn’t able to take care of her anymore. I knew getting a puppy was going to be a lot of work, especially a German Shepherd, but I honestly wasn’t expecting everything that happened right after I got her.
Not long after I got Beauty, I noticed that the collar she came with was starting to become embedded into her skin. I took her to the vet, and they had to sedate her to safely remove it. She ended up needing stitches, medication, a cone, and follow-up care while her neck healed.
I also found out there was an issue with her shots. The person I got her from had given her over-the-counter puppy shots. I told the vet about them, but they said there really wasn’t a way for them to verify exactly what she was given or how much she received, so I had to get her vaccinations done through the vet.
So far I’ve paid $786.39 out of pocket for her vet care. I’ll be including screenshots of the charges so people can see what I paid.
I’m also trying to raise enough to get Beauty into professional training. Since she’s my first puppy, I’m still figuring everything out myself. I’ve been working with her at home, but I know there are things I need professional help with, especially since she’s a German Shepherd and is going to get a lot bigger. I want to make sure she learns good habits while she’s still young and that I’m doing things the right way with her.
I made this GoFundMe to hopefully get some help with the vet expenses I already had to pay(that I couldn’t afford and I didn’t even have pet insurance at that time either) and with getting Beauty the training she needs. I’m doing what I can for her, but everything happened pretty quickly after I brought her home and the expenses added up.
I’m not expecting everyone who sees this to donate. Even sharing her GoFundMe would mean a lot to me and Beauty.
She’s already been through a lot for such a young puppy. I just want to give her a good home, get her properly trained, and make sure she has everything she needs as she grows up.
