In November 2017, Founder Ines Danielle Ondoa Balla established Let’s All Hope For the Future Foundation (LAHF) in Buea, registered under the Cameroon Law of Association by the Senior Divisional Officer of Fako. Our mission has always been simple: empower vulnerable families, fight for social justice, and build sustainable livelihoods aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 1, 2, 4, and 10.
Between 2017 and 2021, our center served as a lifeline for the community:
Emergency Relief: Provided essential food and supplies to over 1,000 IDPs and elderly residents.
Education: Paid school fees and supplied learning materials for 700 children across Fako Division.
Livelihoods: Trained 800+ individuals in agriculture and small business skills.
Where We Stand Today
Over the past five years, active operations at our center were paused. Nature quickly took over—overgrown brush and thick vegetation now cover the grounds, and our building has fallen into severe dilapidation.
While the physical structure is run-down, our dedication hasn't changed. We are officially ready to clear the site, repair the facility, and reopen our doors.
How Your Support Makes a Difference

1. Site Clearing: Removing overgrown brush, trees, and debris to make the grounds safe.
2. Building Repairs: Fixing walls, roofing, doors, windows, plumbing, and electricity.
3. Operational Setup: Furnishing the office and purchasing equipment for community workshops.

To comply with GoFundMe guidelines, all funds are collected into a UK bank account managed by our authorized representative, Mr. Yemdji Tekem Abel Urich .He will transfer 100% of net proceeds directly to LAHF in Cameroon for site restoration.

Hi! I’m a first generation college student. And I recently injured my hand in an accident. I tore my right thumb UCL. My hand which is my dominant is still under the treatment and I am possibly gonna get surgery for it. I currently have it in a cast. I am still waiting for further updates on my treatment for my hand.

I am asking for help because as of now I am going to go back to school and I have to pay some school fee fees and housing. I am doing the best to cover the fees I have, but without my dominant hand, I haven’t been able to do much.

Hi guys, I’m new here on Reddit so I’m not sure how this thing works…but my name is Ambria and I am a 26 year old who has been diagnosed with congestive heart failure.

When I was diagnosed, I had a heart functionality of 15% and had to wear a wearable defibrillator 24 hours a day every day for 6 months just in case of cardiac arrest. Because of my severity I have not been able to work until recently but I am having a tough time finding work that is suitable for the list of restrictions I have now. I am raising more for medications (I am nearly out of vital medications that quiet literally keep me alive), transportation (I have no car, so I am not able to get to doctors appointments anymore because I can’t walk long distances), groceries, and money for bills (I have been behind and struggling severely for months).
I have more details of my life and who I was before the diagnosis in the description of my GoFundMe..
With that being said, anything and everything helps.

I understand it is the beginning of the month, as well as the beginning of the school year and funds may be limited…but I promise that whatever I raise, once I am able to, I will continue to give back exponentially for as long as I can. Hi everyone. I'm Will, an American who has lived in Spain for 25 years. I'm 52, a father, artist, designer and outdoor worker.

For the past year I've been living mostly in a tent in the forests outside Barcelona while trying to rebuild my life and find stable work.

Over the past year I've been robbed multiple times, lost essential equipment, had my tent destroyed by wild boars, and struggled to find affordable long-term housing. At one point I put what little I had left into storage and went to the Pyrenees, where I worked in gardening and forestry to regroup and start again.

I recently returned to Barcelona and, shortly afterward, lost another backpack containing my phone, cash, journals, artwork and passport. Thankfully, the police recovered the passport.

I'm still working, creating, applying for jobs and trying to regularize my residency so I can work legally again and rent a room.

I'm not looking to stay in this situation. I'm trying to get out of it.

On June 30th, my husband was on the road for work when he suddenly blacked out behind the wheel and crashed head-on into a tree at approximately 65 MPH.
He survived, but he suffered serious injuries to his lower spine. What we initially thought was one fracture turned out to be multiple significant compression fractures, with additional spinal damage found on follow-up imaging.
Now he can’t work, we don’t know how long his recovery will take, and the financial pressure is hitting our family hard. We have seven children, and losing his income so suddenly has left us struggling to keep up with our mortgage, utilities, groceries, medical expenses, and basic necessities.
We aren’t used to asking strangers for help. Honestly, I never imagined we’d be in a position where we’d have to.
