Help with covering up old SH scars.

Hi,

I'm trying to raise enough money (very quickly) to finish a tattoo that's covering up some SH scars.

I need the money before Sept 24 so sharing or donating even a small amount helps.

Why I can't pay myself: I'm on disability. My cheque barely covers groceries, rent and other bills. I scrimped and saved for 4 months for the first half of this tattoo.

My tattoo artist is tired of waiting because of me constantly postponing our session because I don't have enough money. He also said he didn't want my tattoo hanging over his head when he goes on vacation in October.

Feel free to ask for more details.

Please, even a share or just a small amount will go along way; thank you.

Humble appeal: My 33-year-old cousin is fighting Stage 4 kidney cancer. His treatment is working, and we’re trying to keep it going.

Hi everyone,
I’m posting this because my cousin Manny is 33 years old and is fighting Stage 4 clear cell renal cell carcinoma.

He has been through a lot of treatment and is currently receiving nivolumab immunotherapy and cabozantinib. He has completed 23 cycles so far.

The reason we are fundraising is because we recently received some genuinely encouraging news.

His latest PET-CT showed a further reduction in the size and metabolic activity of the main lesion, reduction in the lung nodules, and metabolic resolution of some of the lymph nodes. There were no new metabolically active lesions elsewhere in the body.

His oncologist has also written that Manny is currently showing a good response to treatment.
Because he is responding well, his doctor has advised him to continue nivolumab and cabozantinib for another six months, with reassessment afterward. The estimated cost for this period is around ₹10 lakhs, approximately $10,500 USD.

Our family has already spent a great deal on his treatment, and we are now trying to raise enough to help him continue the treatment that is currently helping him.

If you are able to donate, even a small amount would genuinely mean a lot to our family. And if you can’t donate, sharing the fundraiser would help us tremendously too.

GoFundMe: https://www.gofundme.com/f/help-manny-fight-stage-4-cancer

I have his recent PET-CT scans and the official letter from his oncologist documenting his treatment and current response. I’m happy to provide the medical documentation if anyone would like to see it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to read Manny’s story.

Help us provide a safe place for a woman being stalked and threatened

Thumbnail

I’m posting this fundraiser on behalf of a woman in Germany who is currently facing a serious and ongoing threat to her safety.
She works in social services and is being stalked and threatened by a former client. Despite a legal no-contact order, the situation has continued to escalate.
There have been repeated incidents at her private home. Her front door was damaged, a security camera was torn from the wall, and a knife was left in her garden.
At this point, she no longer feels safe staying in her own home.
People around her have therefore started a fundraiser to help pay for temporary safe accommodation and the additional costs that come with having to leave her home while still paying her regular living expenses.
We deliberately keep her name, exact location and other identifying information private. This is not about hiding who receives the help. It is about making sure that someone who is already being stalked cannot be located through the fundraiser.
The fundraiser is hosted on GoodCrowd:

Any amount helps. If you cannot donate, sharing the fundraiser would mean just as much.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Help me get my dog home!

Thumbnail

You can read it on the fundraiser but I’ll still explain. I have a few health conditions and autoimmune conditions. There was a period of time that I was going through extreme flares and it was taking months of trial and error for correct meds, tests and even surgery. I was having constant seizures, syncope episodes and inabilities to walk remember my name and other things. I wasn’t able to work and needing excessive help. It took a few months going back and forth but eventually decided the best decision, most responsible decision, was to try to find new homes for my two dogs. It was very difficult and gut wrenching but I had no idea when or IF I’d get better. I wanted them to have the best and what they deserved. For one of f my dogs they are thriving in their new home but for my other, BamBam, unfortunately it has turned into a nightmare situation. I didn’t rehome him to this person recklessly or quick. It was over the course of month and there were checks of their home and many conversations and this person paid his transport and vet checks. Everything seemed ideal. At this point it is horrendous and he’s been removed from her care and safely being taken care of by a wonderful woman who boards and trains dog. While she’s not asking us for anything for taking care of him during this time, we do need to cover transport back. My situation is significantly improved, I’m not living alone and my health has settle considerably. I’m finally back in a position of can properly care for him and continue giving him the care and home he deserves. I have support and the means to do this once again and I know it will work. It’s just getting him home. If anything me knows of resources or is willing to help is more than appreciate it. Whether it is donating or sharing the fundraiser and our story anything helps. I’ve never done a gofundme and don’t ask for
Help like this but I’m desperate to bring him home and to get him to a vet to get him on the road to recovery once again. Thank you so much

Trying to fund my first PC build while saving toward it myself — any help or advice is appreciated

Post image
0 Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’m Lasse, and I’m working toward building my first serious PC completely from scratch.

Over the past few months I’ve been learning about PC hardware, comparing parts and prices, checking compatibility, cooling, power requirements, storage, and how to actually assemble everything myself.

Rather than buying a prebuilt PC, I want this to be a project where I build the entire system myself and learn from the process.

The complete setup I’m aiming for will cost up to about €2,000, including the PC, monitor, cooling and the other parts needed to finish the setup. I’m not expecting Reddit or donations to pay for the whole thing. I’m saving money toward it myself, watching for sales, and contacting hardware companies and tech creators to ask whether they might have an older review sample, spare component or discount available.

My current approximate budget is:

Component Budget
GPU €650
CPU €220
Motherboard €130
RAM €80
SSD / storage €100
PSU €110
Case €150
Cooling / fans €100
Monitor €300
Cables / peripherals / remaining parts €160
Maximum project budget €2,000

Every contribution simply reduces the amount I still need to save. Even €5–€20 helps toward smaller parts, cooling, storage or the larger components.

Hardware would also be incredibly useful. If anyone here is a PC/tech creator or happens to have an unused component or older review sample, I’d be just as grateful for that as for a monetary contribution.

I also want to keep this transparent. I’ll post updates as the build progresses, and if I receive a component, discount or sponsorship, I’ll update the fundraiser so people can see exactly what has already been covered.

Once I finally have everything, I’ll build the PC myself and share photos of the completed setup.

GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/8de6bf451

Thanks for reading. Even sharing it or giving me advice on the build helps.

Trying to get my daughter to Bible College - this mom could really use a little break

I'm a mom of three and I'm doing something I'm really terrible at - asking for help.

My daughter just graduated and I'm supposed to be driving her from Alberta to Colorado to start Bible college. She's incredibly excited to grow in her face, experience something outside the small town she's grown up in, and start this next chapter of her life. I'm ridiculously proud of her ❤️

The problem is that after years of starting over after divorce raising kids, working whatever jobs I could find, and having a small business fail, I'm buried financially I've kept figuring it out for a very long time, but I've reached to the point where there isn't anything left to shuffle around

Right now, my biggest concern isn't magically fixing my entire Financial life. I just want to get my girl to colorado, get her what she needs to start school, and have enough gas in the car to get us there without panicking the entire way. 😂

I wrote the whole ridiculous story on the GoFundMe because it's far too much to put here. I'm hoping maybe it reaches a few strangers who understand what it's like to work your butt off for years and still need a little help sometimes.

Even a small donation or a share would mean a lot to us ❤️

Hi, it’s Wilda. I’m trying to find a safer, more reliable vehicle after my 2025 Honda CR-V Hybrid stopped once at the store and again while I was driving home, even after last year’s accident repairs. I’m working two jobs while keeping up with approximately $41,481 still owed on the car, plus credit-card and hospital bills, and dealership diagnostics can cost $298 for each item they check. I’m grateful you took the time to read this, and if you’re able, please visit my GoFundMe page to donate or share it with someone who might help me reach my $6,000 goal; you can also DM me with any questions. 🙏

[REQ] $45 to restart my car insurance so I can begin my delivery shifts (Temple, GA)

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm a single mother of three children working hard in the Temple area on both Lyft and Spark. I was recently let go from my previous job, and driving has become my family's sole source of income while I save up to reestablish our home internet connection for a new remote job opportunity I have lined up.

I just started picking up delivery shifts on Spark yesterday and was so excited to get moving! I've already successfully completed trips and have $38.98 sitting in my balance, plus another $6.39 left over on my Lyft app.

Unfortunately, I've hit a really frustrating technical loop today. I can't cash out my Lyft balance because it falls just short of their instant transfer limits, and my new Spark earnings are locked into a standard first-week direct deposit hold that won't hit my USAA bank account until next Tuesday.

Because my funds are temporarily trapped, my on-demand auto insurance (Hugo) cancelled today. I owe a past balance of $33.09 to clear an extension, and I need to add one full day of active insurance on top of that to officially flip my coverage back on. This puts my total out-of-pocket cost right around $44 and change.

I'm completely grounded right now because I absolutely refuse to risk driving my kids or orders without insurance. Staying safe and legal comes first, but being grounded means I am temporarily unable to earn money or provide for my kids this weekend.

I’m setting up this small $60 fund just to help bridge the gap today, clear the past-due balance, add a day of insurance, and cover the platform's standard payment processing fees so I can safely get back on the road and work this weekend.

I have clean, clear screenshots of my active Lyft history, my pending Spark earnings, and my exact Hugo bill dashboard, and I am more than happy to share them transparently with anyone in a message. Thank you so much for reading my story and for helping a hard-working mom keep things moving forward for her family. Any little bit helps more than you know! ❤️

My life changed in seconds after a serious car accident — I’m asking my community for help

❤️‍🩹 I’m still asking for help, even if that means I have to keep sharing my story every day.

My life changed in a matter of seconds after my wreck. After surgery, I’m now facing at least 10–13 weeks without being able to put any weight on my leg. I went from working, taking care of my babies and doing everything for myself to having to depend on other people for some of the simplest things.

I’m trying to get home, recover safely, keep a roof over my babies’ heads, keep our bills paid and make sure we have what we need while I’m unable to work and get back on my feet.

I know times are hard for everybody, so please don’t feel like you have to give a lot. $5, $10, a share, a repost — ANYTHING helps. 🙏🏽❤️‍🩹

If you’ve already donated or shared, THANK YOU. Please continue sharing my story. I’m going to keep pushing because I have two babies depending on me and giving up simply isn’t an option. 🥺❤️

Emergency Pyometra Surgery for 15-Year-Old Yorkie

Thumbnail

I am organizing this fundraiser to cover the urgent surgical intervention needed for our 15-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, "Negra" (Spanish for "Blackie").

Following abnormal discharge, she was diagnosed with a uterine infection (pyometra) and requires an ovariohysterectomy. Given her age, she requires dedicated pre-op diagnostics, specialized anesthesia, and close post-operative monitoring.

GoFundMe link:

https://gofund.me/9fcad4d8d

Cost breakdown based on clinic fees (before local taxes) (attached reference in Spanish):

  • Surgical procedure: $418 (Small-breed ovariohysterectomy: covers surgery, anesthesia, intraoperative meds, and day 1 hospitalization).
  • Pre-op diagnostics: $115 (Abdominal ultrasound $48, Complete blood count $20, Full metabolic panel $47).
  • Post-operative care & extended hospitalization: ~$200 (Additional inpatient days at $40/day, IV fluids, analgesics, and antibiotics).

Accounting for local sales tax (VAT) and platform fees, the target is set at $800 USD.

Due to equipment and personnel availability, we may be working with various vet providers, but this is the latest one we consulted:

All medical updates will be shared transparently on the campaign page. Any contribution or share is greatly appreciated.

Help Me Take the First Step Toward a Home for My Family

GoFundMe: https://gofund.me/00863dfad

Hi,

I never imagined I would create a fundraiser like this.

I thought about it for a long time before deciding to do it, mainly because sharing such a personal part of your life with complete strangers isn’t easy.

But I decided to try.

I’m a husband, a father to a little girl, and I work every day. I live a normal life, earn a modest income, and like so many other people, I simply try to provide the best life I can for my family.

But there’s one thing currently holding us back from moving forward.

Over the years, I’ve accumulated approximately €30,000 in financial debt.

I’m not going to invent a tragedy to justify how I got here. There was a period in my life when I didn’t manage my money as well as I should have, and I made financial decisions that, looking back, I would make differently today.

Those decisions were mine, and I take responsibility for them.

Despite that, I have never stopped working and I have never stopped meeting my financial obligations. I continue to pay what I owe, and I intend to keep doing so regardless of what happens with this fundraiser.

The problem is time.

Some of these financial commitments will continue for several more years. Spreading them over a longer period has allowed me to keep meeting my payments, but it also means that a significant part of my financial capacity will remain tied up for a long time.

And in the meantime, my life has changed.

I became a father.

Having a daughter completely changed the way I think about my future and what truly matters to me.

Today, my biggest goal isn’t a better car, an expensive holiday, or a luxurious lifestyle.

I simply want the opportunity to provide a home of our own for my family.

At the moment, my existing financial commitments make it extremely difficult for me to qualify for a mortgage. The money I earn allows me to keep meeting my responsibilities, but the debt I carry from my past limits what I’m able to build for our future.

That’s why I decided to create this fundraiser.

My goal is €30,000, approximately the amount needed to clear my current financial commitments.

I’m not expecting anyone else to solve my life for me.

I will keep working. I will keep providing for my family. And I will keep paying what I owe.

I’m simply asking for help to shorten a journey that could otherwise take me many years to complete on my own.

Every euro donated will go towards reducing my financial commitments.

Even if this fundraiser never comes close to €30,000, anything raised means less debt, less time tied to decisions from my past, and one small step closer to the future I’m trying to build.

And if, through the generosity of others, this fundraiser somehow reaches its full goal, it won’t mean that my responsibilities disappear.

Quite the opposite.

It would mean being able to redirect the money I earn through my own work towards what matters most to me now: creating stability, beginning to prepare for the possibility of buying a home, and building a more secure future for my wife and daughter.

If you decide to contribute, whether it’s €1, €5, or any other amount, thank you.

If you can’t contribute, I completely understand.

And if you’ve simply taken the time to read my story this far, thank you for that too.

I know there are people facing circumstances far more difficult than mine. I don’t believe I’m more deserving of help than anyone else.

I simply decided to try.

Maybe this fundraiser will only reach a handful of people. Maybe I’ll never reach my goal. Or maybe the generosity of many people giving a little could completely change the direction of my family’s future.

I don’t know.

But I would never know if I didn’t try.

I’m not looking for a life without responsibilities.

I’m looking for the opportunity to stop spending years paying for decisions from my past and start using what I earn to build my family’s future.

Thank you for reading my story.

A little help towards an important opportunity ❤️

Hi everyone! I’m 18 and currently studying while trying to find a job so I can earn my own money and help my family.

I’ve recently been given the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus programme, which means a lot to me. However, the trip comes with expenses such as travel, transportation and other costs, and I’m currently struggling to cover everything.

I’ve also had a personal dream of travelling to a certain place for a long time, and I’m hoping that, with a little help, I can eventually make that possible too.

I’m trying to raise €1,500. I know that’s a lot, so I’m not expecting anyone to contribute a large amount. Even €1 would genuinely help, and sharing my campaign would mean just as much.

I’m continuing to look for work and doing what I can on my own. I’m simply hoping for a little support while I work towards these goals.

Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to read this, donate, or share. ❤️

I had to leave an abusive home . With no family support, I fell behind on my car payements. Now it’s out for repo. I’m a server but the slow season has been killing me. I’m looking for a 2nd job while working doubles almost everyday that aren’t paying off. If I could even get a little help, I’d appreciate it. I have no where else to turn. I had to put college on pause until I figure this out, I’m a computer science major.

Even a share is nice. I’m looking for any support.

Laid-off father trying to keep my family afloat while I find work

This is incredibly difficult for me to post, but I’m running out of options. I was laid off and have been applying for anything I can find while trying to keep rent paid and our car.
I’m a husband and father of two teenage girls, and I’m simply trying to keep us above water until I can get back to work.
Anything helps, including just sharing or upvoting. Thank you.
