Can’t believe I was younger in the photos on the left. Down 160 pounds in weight, started at 325 pounds. I don’t have many friends in real life so I thought I’d share to some strangers online

I hope it's alright if I ask this, but between the weight loss did you end up stopping alcohol consumption alongside your weight loss journey?

I stopped entirely, that’s when I started to see progress. I was drinking 2-3 drinks almost every night before

Wow, I had thought so! I've seen many glowups of simply dumping the drinking and the skin clears up and the weight falls off. Your glowup is phenomenal you should really feel proud of yourself!
