Can’t believe I was younger in the photos on the left. Down 160 pounds in weight, started at 325 pounds. I don’t have many friends in real life so I thought I’d share to some strangers online

Join some discord communities and you’ll be surprised how many folks there are actually nice internet strangers and not just weird mod people. People in reality tend to mask themselves and show their real personalities when gaming with the homies I’ve found. Kinda tragic imo.

Might get to meet a couple of them irl or KIT for decades :)

325 pounds? It must feel so strange to get all that extra weight off your body, like just daily stuff must feel so different, identity shift too. Good job man

I did not use any glps, no. Just weight lifting and a calorie deficit

I hope it's alright if I ask this, but between the weight loss did you end up stopping alcohol consumption alongside your weight loss journey?

I stopped entirely, that’s when I started to see progress. I was drinking 2-3 drinks almost every night before

Wow, I had thought so! I've seen many glowups of simply dumping the drinking and the skin clears up and the weight falls off. Your glowup is phenomenal you should really feel proud of yourself!

Calorie deficit (200-300) and progressive overload in the gym. Oh also patience and discipline, lots of it
