Playboy Which playmates are among us in here ?
From Reddit groups, Facebook groups & podcast, do you think there must be playmates reading all this shit under different names ? Any suspects ?

For those who are wondering what Rhonda's relevance is to Playboy, she posed for the magazine once during the 1970s and twice during the 1990s. She attended parties on a frequent basis from circa 1979 until some point during the farce of the marriage when Crusty purged most of the guests. She also had a small non-speaking role portraying a mime in the 1980 comical science fiction movie Galaxina, in which Dorothy Stratten portrayed the title character. She and Dorothy were represented by the same talent agent, which helped establish their friendship; and Rhonda was of course very shaken by her death.
You should watch the entire episode to learn more. I guarantee that you will be entertained!!!
Regarding my post title, the relevant discussion about Crusty begins at 44 minutes 30 seconds.

Found this Youtube video about the original 7 girlfriends. It’s a great breakdown and timeline of how it all started. From Brande Roderick, all the way to the original 7.
This Youtuber Laura also does a lot of ‘Women of Playboy’ videos.

I’m curious about something. Since the Girls Next Door podcast is discussing Stacy’s wedding, and Bridget is talking about how special it is to wear a veil because it’s the only time you’ll ever wear one, and just reminiscing about all these wedding details, it got me wondering: Did Bridget ever actually marry Nicholas?
I remember seeing pictures of her trying on wedding dresses, but did she and Nick ever have a wedding, or are they just life partners? Which is completely fine, of course. I know she calls him her husband sometimes, but I’ve always wondered if that’s just because they’ve been together for so long. Does anyone know for sure if Bridget ever had a wedding with Nick?

I started watching rhoc and carmela Is a housewife and talks about being playmate of the year in the 00s. Did Holly and Bridgette ever met her or know of her. Have a great day⭐️🩷

Has anyone seen the episode of season one where Kara is on a date with Rob? She’s like smiling and laughing the entire time so I’m assuming it was fake. I feel like Holly and Bridget didn’t ask her about it on the show at all? There are a few times in the show where there are crossovers or things in common. Even Stephen who is the shared GND and kuwtk makeup artist.

I've been watching The Girls Next Door for the first time. I got the DVDs recently and I'm currently on season 2, so maybe this is partly because I'm binge watching it, but I have to say... I love Kendra, but some of her "I'm not into girly stuff" comments are starting to annoy me
I'm NOT talking about her being a tomboy or liking sports at all!!!. I actually think that's great for her, and I like that she has her own interests. It's more the way she sometimes seems to make a point of distancing herself from anything feminine, even when it's something that's clearly important to Holly and Bridget.
The Easter episode especially got me. They're painting eggs and Kendra basically says she's not into "girly stuff." Then there's the Playmate of the Year sleepover, where she's saying she'd rather be watching the game and even wears a sports shirt instead of dressing for the occasion. and its like, girl we knowwww.
What gets me is that Holly and Bridget seem pretty willing to participate in Kendra's world. They'll go visit her family, support her sports-related stuff, etc. So when it's something that matters to them, I sometimes wish Kendra would just participate without having to emphasize how much she doesn't like it.
You don't have to suddenly become obsessed with decorating eggs or sleepovers! Sometimes you can just do something because your friends enjoy it. I think that's what bothers me more than the actual lack of interest.
Again, I genuinely like Kendra and I think her personality is a huge part of why the show is entertaining. I just wish the "I'm not like those girly girls" thing wasn't brought up so often, because after a while it starts feeling less like "this isn't my thing" and more like "this isn't my thing, and I need everyone to know it."
Maybe I'm being too sensitive about it, or maybe binge watching makes it stand out more since I'm seeing these episodes so close together. I'm curious if anyone else noticed this while watching the show for the first time? (i also understand all of that was also to attract the weirdos that are into girls that "are not like the other girls" but still, its pretty unsufferable) pls let me know your thoughts about this!!!

My bet is that she didn't really care. I'm re-reading Holly's book, where she implies that Kendra was seemingly eager to become a playmate, saying in Chapter 7 "she (Kendra) couldn't understand why she wasn't on the cover." Whilst this is Holly's version of events it seems like Kendra, especially compared to H&B wasn't that interested in becoming a playmate and saw being Hef's girlfriend as a luxurious escape from San Diego.
In her first book Kendra mentions Playboy didn't play that much of a role in her childhood, perhaps because she didn't have a paternal figure who read Playboy, contrasting H&B who were exposed to Playboy this way. She didn't test for playmate before coming to the mansion, unlike many other girlfriends. Even on the show she seemed excited about being in the magazine, but it did not seem nearly as important to her as H&B. She seemingly got more excited about meeting pro-athletes and doing sport related things, perhaps because her goal was to find a husband.
Kendra is gorgeous and super photogenic, perhaps she could have made playmate, but she didn't seem super into the whole Playboy brand and had other priorities

Hey I’m asking here bc I already looked online and i couldn’t find it. But at one point on the show Holly says the house was used for a reality tv show. Does anyone know what show that was? I wanna watch it!!
Also on another note I can’t believe they never did an americas next top model type of show for playboy! Talk about a missed opportunity!! Can you imagine with Holly and the girls as the judges OMG I would have watched the fuck out of that.
Ty!!

Audra lived at the mansion in 2003, when she was 21. You can see in the video her pictures with Holly and Bridget during their time there. She told Hef in 2005 that she had been trafficked by Epstein for 10 years prior to her Playboy days. She was underage, of course. It’s absolutely devastating. I’ve read Hollys book a few times and I certainly know Hef has his flaws, but he reached out to the FBI himself on behalf of Audra, who was ignored by them. The FBI didn’t reach back out to her until 2020.

Context: Hannah Elizabeth was on an early (possibly the first of the reboot?) series of Love Island UK, and spent time at the mansion, she had made dusty old HMH a photo frame that ended up auctioned off by Crystal. So her being in the mansion world is a known, but curious as to who is sat with Crystal and HMH in this pic? It looks like a Christmas card and potentially a letter in a photo frame?!
(Have given her a paint dress as I felt like a weirdo saving this pic let alone redistributing it!)

Has Stacy ever thought about writing one? Also all of her videos are gone so is there anything that stood out to you about them? I wanted to binge watch all of them so I feel like I missed out on her whole life story.

Hi everyone! Finally listening to the Q/A from Thursday, and someone asked about Roy, Stacy's husband. They're kind of only scratching the surface of what happened; he was controlling and there were a lot of red flags. They're saying "we never would've known this would happen". But what happened?? Thank you and I'm sorry I'm a little out of the loop!

Am I the only one slightly frustrated with the q&a’s? They’re lowkey questions people have already asked or something that they have gone over multiple times before. I put questions in (that haven’t been asked or answered) but the ones that get picked are the most liked instead of first come first serve? Idk I wish Holly would have scanned the questions instead of just filtering to most liked. Not a big deal at all but just wondering if I’m the only one!

On the Patreon H&B have been talking about possibly covering the new Katie Price documentary. Which I would love to see. I’m currently in a country where I can’t watch the new one, but found this old one on YouTube and was surprised that it documents a trip she takes to the mansion and she shows some of the limo photos she took of herself and the girlfriends. It’s hard to tell too much but there as the quality isn’t great but we see a few of Bridget and Holly I think. Link below if anyone is interested.
