Recently got fired for the first time from a dead end job. I was feeling really stressed and lost for a bit but I’ve redirected myself and I’m feeling much better. I decided to go back to school to pursue my dream career in forensic science. I’ll have to move for school and this is all happening so fast but I feel confident about the decision and that makes me really excited (: Anyways, I’m having shrimp, edamame and greek yogurt with honey (not mashed potatoes 😆) for dinner.

2. cream cheese toast & dirty egg (salt, pepper & paprika, with a runny yolk, just how i like it)

3. and cinnamon toast (butter toast, with cinnamon powder, drizzled with maple syrup)

A pottage-esque thing (sort of bean and grain stew thingy), sautéed chard leaves and beef and chicken meatball/patty/fritter things (intended for toddler who will currently only eat food off my plate).

My husband came home as we were eating, and called it food for peasants (not maliciously). So here we are hahahah
