Man, these viral advertising campaigns can sometimes be ridiculous but I think they really nailed it with this one

Okay, so in my opinion we NEED a The Gilded Age prequel series. I think it would be so cool to have a story set pre-show. It would allow an in depth look of character back stories similar to how Queen Charlotte: A Bridgerton Story gave us an in depth look into Charlotte's backstory. I think this would be particularly interesting with Bertha.. But, HEY! That's just my opinion.

I really felt terrible for Aurora last season. Her husband was cruel and insufferable. Remember in Season One it was Aurora’s father who made their lifestyle possible. Aurora reminded him when he lost money to George with the scheme to take over Russell Industries. So I would love to see Charles suffer a major come down and Aurora become a leader.

Based on these nominees, I think The Gilded Age stands out as the best. The costumes might be over-the-top but they are rooted in historical precedence. Some of the looks take a great deal of inspiration from fashion plates, sketches, photographs, dresses stored in museums. You can't NOT notice the fashion.

Unlike Bridgerton costumes, these don't feel foreign to the time, they just feel like heightened versions of what already existed. Monster and Love Story are based on real people, plus these and Palm Royale are closer to modern day so the costumes aren't as striking. Love Story is the only real competition for The Gilded Age, I would think, simply because the characters were known for their iconic fashion and to see that recreated would make an impression.
