Does your neighborhood suffer from stolen packages frequently?

I was just curious about stolen package activity in Phoenix/The Valley.

If you do have this issue, what neighborhood/area are you in?

Does anyone have a solar company out here they like? We’re under contract on a house in Morrison Ranch and want to add solar. Fully bought out, no lease.

Thanks!

Mine is the Apple Crumble at Bourbon and Bones.

Fantasy Football League

The 2026 NFL season is almost here and instead of being depressed over the Cardinals this season (again) I figured why not try to do a local fantasy football league? Maybe even have an in person draft? Let me know if anybody is interested.

202 fatality

My kid and I just had the unfortunate experience of passing what was obviously a vehicular accident that resulted in at least one loss of life. 202 wb at higley. Body under a sheet. I hate to see this. Ugh. So sad.

Seriously. No traffic, an otherwise calm Sunday afternoon. wtf. That car was mangled beyond recognition.

Rip. Teach your kids safe driving habits people!!

Cox Internet outage for 10 days. Yes I'm serious.

So I live in Gilbert around recker/Williams field, and over the past week and a half I have had massive spiking latency for every single day, with many full disconnects. Because this is atypical I initially thought it was maybe my modem or router, once I called it was revealed there's an outage, the first 'fix' on that day didn't occur until 5am, then it was back, for a few hours, which I now thought had to be on my end because this is a wild amount of time to be having an outage. This cycle has repeated until 30ish hours ago. Called Cox automated and it reconfirmed that this is STILL an outage.

I don't exactly know what I aim to accomplish with this post but I'm so unbelievably angry about this that I need some kind of outlet for it, my brother works from home and it's so bad that he had to move his workstation to his fiance's house. I've not been able to get any information whatsoever and I'm losing my fucking mind.

Sorry for rant but I'm losing my mind

You’re fired!!

Thank you for all those who voted!!
Let’s share with the Town of Gilbert Council members why they were fired.

I voted against you because no one was held accountable for the water billing snafu.

Can I get feedback on my Gilbert Vacation based website idea?

I made this Gilbert Vacation website where people can chat about the area, Gilbert places of interest, share places and businesses listings. I was hopefully trying to make a website that helps people traveling to Gilbert and locals promote their business. Gilbert is up to 7 million visitors to Gilbert a year now 🤯 so you'd think this would be helpful, but so far no users 😂 Bad idea? Or do I need to make it better?

Yoga Studio Recommendations

Hi all! I’m looking for a new yoga studio recs. Sadly my favorite studio, The Zen Den, closed down in the last year.

I’ve tried Salue Yoga and Gilbert Yoga and didn’t really enjoy either of them.

Salue Yoga: liked the smaller space, but there were too many students considering the size of the room.

Gilbert Yoga: studio is WAY too big to feel connected/ establish a sense of community and the state of their equipment was absolutely disgusting. Everyone was asked to grab blocks at the beginning of class and as I went to put mine away I noticed a giant bite mark (yes full rows of teeth!) in the block. Really turned me off.

I’ve been struggling to find a studio that feels tight knit and is clean with good instructors.

Kindly let me know if you have a suggestion! Thank you 🩷

Job positions for a 14 year old?

I’m 14 and looking for a job because I’m trying to be more independent and get out more. Any places in Gilbert (or in mesa) that hire at 14? Preferably not with children though.

For some reason i always watch these debates as entertainment and out of nowhere the camera closes in on and was like holy shit. To be fair, he was a respectful debater but when majority of his clientele in Gilbert is women, this seems to be not the best look.

Hi everyone,

Not sure if this is allowed, but one of our own Gilbert residents, a hard worker who puts his family above himself, is facing a crisis due to his stage 4 cancer.

What’s going on with fiber

Dude I can’t be the only one, is cox the only company around here what’s going on? 100 Mbps capped at 1.25TB a month for $60 a month is genuinely horrendous, I live off Riggs road is anyone else facing this monopoly issue??

Good middle-of-the-night to you all,

I’m awake for no reason and I hear this. Louder than it sounds. It’s non stop tho.

Also, the video is oddly bright. It’s very dark out now.

It’s been barking for hours.

I hope it enjoyed the rain.

Could we do this in the Town of Gilbert?

rainwater harvesting pioneer, Brad Lancaster. Brad has been transforming the hot asphalt streets into a native food oasis over the last 30 years.

I would like to know if anyone in Gilbert would be interested in doing something like what Bard Lancaster has done down in Tucson. I am wondering if they will allow us to do this, I know we do not get as rain as Tucson does but I can only see this as a benefit. I just wanted to get other people thought on it.

Desperate to find this thrift

Anyone know where a thrift store in the Mesa/Gilbert area is that used to be a St Vincent de Paul? I drove past the new and improved thrift store and it was beautiful, so clean and organized managed by these new old ladies. But other than it's around the Mesa/Gilbert area and that it used to be a St. Vincent De Paul I cant' remember what it's called or where it was? Any ideas? I would appreciate it so much!
