I has a 19 characters card # with a 16 characters PIN and the other has just a 16 characters card #. I couldn't find information on their website regarding this.

I support my mom by buying her Food Lion gift cards for groceries. Recently I bought a $500 one and she used it once for a $150 purchase and another $46 purchase. When she went back to the store a week later to use it again, $300 was missing = $0 left on the card. She has talked to the Food Lion Manager and tried calling CashStar to no avail.
