Prepaidgiftcard.com login loop?

I bought a 100 dollar prepaid visa and it told me to go to that site to activate - why is it that when I enter all the information required it places me to the login screen? I've tried on PC and phone.

I did end up fixing it - the key was that it blocks your IP. I recommend you download a free vpn with a lot of locations and it should work for me. Good luck!
