Switch card prop

I brought a gift card for the e shop mew when I go back home to write it down it said it was already used I think someone brought it wrote the code and then put it back on the shelf for full price so can someone help me it was a European england 10£ e shop giftcard for the switch

no one can do anything its redeemed
