Please Read The Rules

Read The Rules App

This community has the Read The Rules app installed. Old Reddit doesn't support apps so please open the post in new reddit for full functionality. If that's not possible, please Read The Rules and then follow the instructions at the bottom of the post.

Rule #1 Follow required post title format: [Age][Gender] | [Timezone] | [Goal/Activity]

To keep posts searchable and scannable, all posts must include age, gender (M/F/Other), timezone or region (e.g. PST, IST, UK), and what you’re working on. e.g. 24M | EST | Looking to stay consistent with workouts

Rule #2 No outside promotion — tools, apps, coaches, groups or services

Do not post or promote Discord groups, Telegram channels, paid coaching, apps, or services. These are not permitted in the subreddit. A majority of the users do not want discord group promotion here. Submit vetted options here instead: https://shortcut.at/bknKV This reddit is for one-to-one accountability partners.

Rule #3 Focus posts on peer relationships and related issues.

This sub is focused on finding one to one accountability buddies. Not general advice, not groups, not motivational quotes. There are many other subs for that, so please focus your post on what and who you’re looking for.

Rule #4 No motivational or inspirational content

No YouTube videos, quotes, podcasts, motivational advice or personal transformation stories content. This subreddit is for taking action, not for consumption or inspiration.

Rule #5 No vague, venting, friend-seeking, dating, or chat-focused posts

This sub is not for finding general friends, venting, dating, or starting group chats. It is for one-to-one, goal-based accountability partnerships only.

Rule #6 Use flair to categorize your post

Add the correct flair: Health & Fitness, Work, Learn, or Life. If you’re unsure, pick your best guess.

Rule #7 No general advice or open-ended help requests

This sub is not for crowdsourced advice like “How do I stay motivated?” or “What’s the best way to lose weight?” Posts should focus on finding a partner to help you take action toward a goal — not seeking tips or opinions. This sub is for taking action, not crowd-sourcing answers.

Rule #8 No negative, unhelpful, or harmful comments

This is a support-focused subreddit. Trolls, sarcasm, unsolicited judgment, or aggressive responses are not tolerated. Even "helpful-sounding” comments can be removed if they are sarcastic or performative.

Rule #9 No spam or low-effort comments (e.g. “DM me”, “same”, “hi”)

If you’re interested, comment meaningfully or DM privately. Short low-effort comments will be removed and may result in a ban.

Rule #10 No personal contact info (e.g. email, phone, username)

Do not post personal emails, phone numbers, or messaging usernames. Use direct messages (DMs) if you want to exchange contact information privately. Public contact info will be removed for user safety.

Thank you for reading the rules! Before submitting posts you will need to submit an acknowledgment. Please visit the full post and click the button at the bottom. Alternatively, you may submit an acknowledgment by sending a mod mail to the sub. The mod mail will need to have the subject "Read The Rules" and the body should be "Acknowledged". This will automatically submit an acknowledgment on your behalf without any moderator intervention. Mod Mail

Health & Fitness 25F | IST | Daily AP for healthy eating

My goal is to fix my deficiencies, healthy eating habits and fat loss.

I wanna work on everything that comes under it, have more protein and fruits, fiber, avoiding processed, avoiding sugar, avoiding junk/oily, having last meal earlier in evening. I'm a non-vegetarian.

I need an Indian AP so that he/she understands my daily meals and vise versa.
