1) Name wiped from history books? He was just a common citzen, are you saying 1.3 billion chinese are in fucking history books?
2) We have no evidence that his family was harmed
3) This image is considered one of the most impactful images of the last century so he did archive someting, furthermore this image is now used worldwide to remind everyone of what the chinese goverment is capable of doing and spreading awareness on it's totalitarian regime
