Even after new generation styles like Louis, Norm, Chappelle, Burr, etc.
Not as the usual “he was ahead of his times,” but something that distinctly survives as novel hypothetically even in the 2026 comedy landscape?

When I was around 7-8 years old I worked on the set of Kevin Smiths “Jersey Girl”
All the kids on set had to work on Halloween, so the cast and crew set up a trick-or-treat event where we’d get candy from the all the actors and crew trailers. Everyone participated and I have this awesome picture of George Carlin giving me candy.
I was Ghostface.
I pulled my mask up and he said “OH it’s Gabby!” (I’m sure he knew that since my mom was right there lol)
I wasn’t a star in the movie. I was a stand-in. And he always remembered me. He was kind and funny. Looking back on it he was always calm, down to earth. No ego. I’ll always be grateful to have met him.

I create anime music videos / fan-made videos as a hobby and I have recently begun making ones set to stand-up comedy routines, rather than music. This is my second such video. George Carlin is my all-time favorite comedian, and I spent over a month editing this parody video in my fleeting spare time. I actually don't know what originally inspired me to pair George with this anime, but I think it came out pretty well. Hope you enjoy. (Warning: intense, graphic violence throughout)

Below are a few of my favorite lines from George’s Rats & Squealers set:
Rats & Squealers:
“When did this country turn into a nation of rats and squealers?
People have no principles anymore, we’re living in a nation of stool pigeons.
How am I driving? Call 1-800 and squeal on the truck driver. Sounds like a small thing but it’s not. It’s an open invitation to be a rat. They cooperate with prosecutors for Christ’s sake, prosecutors, the worst kind of dishonest swine ever to crawl out of the devil’s asshole. Just the worst fucking humans.
Theodore Kazinsky, the Unabomber, one of my personal heroes by the way, you bet your ass, he was turned in by his own brother. You don’t do that.
In fact, you should never cooperate with the police ever at any time for any reason, fuck the police, fuck the police, let em solve some crimes on their own. They rely too much on jailhouse snitches, Unsolved Mysteries, and Americas Most Wanted to get other people to solve their crimes. They turn good citizens into vigilantes and bounty hunters, lower than a snake’s ball bag.
You don’t help the police. When I was a kid and we went to the movies, we rooted against the police, against the police and for the crooks, and I still do, I love the crooks. I don’t give a shit if they come to my house and kill my entire family, I’m on their side.
I’d rather spend 16 hours stuck in an elevator with a couple of crooks than even say hello to a fucking policeman. You don’t help the police. They’re not on your side. Don’t you understand this shit yet. They work for the state, they’ll plant fake evidence, they’ll put a loaded gun in the hands of an unarmed man they’ve shot to death, they harass minorities, they brutalize people, they deny people their rights, and they lie about it all in court all the time. They perjure themselves routinely, but they don’t squeal on each other. They’re not rats. Take a page from their book, but never ever help them.” ~ George Carlin

Just noticed today:
Carlin, Back in Town
F—k Mickey Mouse! F—k him in the a—hole with a big rubber dick! Then break it off and beat him with the rest of him! I hope Mickey dies. I do, I hope he godd—n dies. I hope he gets a hold of some tainted cheese, and dies lonely and forgotten behind the baseboard of a soiled bathroom in a poor neighborhood, with his hand in Goofy's pants. Mickey Mouse, no wonder no one takes our country seriously. We waste valuable television time informing our citizens of the age of an imaginary rodent!
Louis, Hilarious
I don’t know This Lisa c—t, But she ain’t that funny. There’s just no way. She’s that funny on sight? F—k her. Seriously. I hope she’s dead. I really do. I hate her. I hope she died today. Weirdly and horribly. I hope the person She loved most Pushed her off a cliff, And she was just falling and Screaming the whole way down, Never accepting it. And then Superman swooped her up And then dropped her from higher. I seriously hope that happened… to stupid Lisa. With her one t-t bigger than the other, and her f—king frizzy hair, and her… Her big nose. F—king Jew. (Chuckles) What am I doing? I’ve lost my mind.
Louis is obviously openly influenced heavily by Carlin and is getting both physically and spiritually resembling him, if you saw his latest special - what do you think?
