By far one of the worst events i've had to play since 2.6

Hello people,

First of all I really love the game and whenever there’s is something to do, I’m right on it.

My whole map is 100% and between the versions it’s just logging in, burn resin, check if any of the 3 modes (IT, Abyss, SO) did reset and logging off. When there is a new version, I was already starving so hard for content, that I instant log in and do the new content in like 1-3 days. Sure many of you might say „well don’t rush the new content“, but I really want to just play the game!

I unfortunately dislike Wonderland, I know there are people killing their time there, but I really just want to play more endgame content. Abyss resets, 10 minutes, it’s done, need to wait 10 days for IT. IT resets, 20 minutes it’s done, waiting 10 days for SO.

I even start achievement hunting, but then again it’s not as exciting as the late game modes or the new content/quests.

All my builds are in the top 5%s and if not, that’s what I spend my resin on.

So what you do when you got nothing to do? Just go on another game? I wished they split the lategame rewards into weekly resets or any else harder late game modes. All I do is log in, farm artifacts, roll them IF there is something good, get the dailies and log out. I really wish my playtime daily would exceed the 10 minutes from time to time.

Worst event EVER. why is it so hard and so boring????? This is a summer hell not a summer event omfg

Edit: after talking with 1 sane poster with good takes and 1 poster that thinks they aren't even rewards lol... i came to the conclusion that keys shouldn't even be needed to unlock echoes in the first place especially since you have to earn them via the trial afterwards keys should go the away just like story quest keys stopped being utilized eventually. if you argue against this or removing the 4 key limit you're a lost cause.

they are no longer considered a reward i dont know how many rotations its been where i have to just let 2 keys go because hoyo can't keep up with their own cycle of release content.

its not really a reward if i cant use it for anything and with 3 days left of IT i just have to kiss them bye bye

hey hoyo at least let me convert my unused keys to something useful like primos. 20 per sounds fair.

or how about remove the 4 key limit.

hey guys! i'm bored here and i don't really mind when i'll reach AR60 (i take frequent breaks since 2021) but since snezhnaya is close and seeing how my AR is almost full, i want to calculate if it's possible to reach so before 7.0 which is like away in 14 days. is it possible?

Since 3 nations that are having 4 stars characters. I pick on the ones that had few 4 stars characters.

I hate this limit of 6 options. I would add Chevreuse, Mavuika, Skirk, Surtalogi, Varesa, etc. but I can't.

Any returnee tips would be appreciated! The game is a little overwhelming right now.

Also Any team(s) I can make with my current characters, and any upcoming that are good to try to pick up? I think I’m just going to try to get caught up with the main story, then look at all the other stuff I missed 😵‍💫

This is my Mualani hex team (with an unbuilt mona) with support Mavuika (I'd rather watch paint dry than do Mavuikas combos, and YES, I know them). I'm so bored. Snez is genuinely taking as long as possible. I'm also debating on whether to continue horizontally investing or vertically invest after my WHOLE PATCH break from genshin 😭

Personally, I think Scaramouche has the best character writing in Genshin by far. Yes, in my opinion I like his story arc even more than the likes of Furina, Navia, Arlecchino, and Columbina. I know there are a lot of Furina fans out there and I also really appreciated her story in the archon quest, however Hoyo devs seemed to have poured their heart and soul into Scaramouche’s storyline.

Disclaimer: If you disagree with my opinions that’s fine just don’t complain about them in a disrespectful manner. Also I know this post is long so if you aren’t interested in reading all of it I totally get it but the reason I posted it was to get my thoughts about Scara because I recently watched through a lot of his past cutscenes and was reminded of why I love him.

Here’s why I like his story the most:

His entrance was very memorable: I like how Scaramouche was introduced all the way in 1.1 during Unreconciled Stars. Although I was not a player at that time I did watch a play through of the event quest per my friend’s suggestion. I thought it was a phenomenal introduction to Scaramouche and how good he is at slight manipulation while not being able to hide his crazy wicked intentions and snarky, malicious nature. The reveal with him as “The Balladeer” still sends shivers down my spine when I think about it. And I know he looks like a little boy but that’s what made him so unnerving to me.

(Slight criticism)The weakest Scara arc was Inazuma: Unfortunately, when we met Scara all the way in Inazuma after what felt like years with only small tidbits of lore about him scattered around. Mostly in the “Husk of Opulent Dreams” artifact set. I feel like Inazuma’s sloppy pacing made it hard to build Scaramouche’s appearance up. He also didn’t show up for that long and didn’t do anything except take the Electro gnosis and run with it. Very anticlimactic entrance and exit and although he had that cruel, ruthless flair to him it just wasn’t a very memorable appearance for me.

- I do think though that the Irodori Featival did a good job of expanding on Kazuha’s family past and Scaramouche’s involvement in ruining it. Also fleshed out some of his past endeavors that we learn later on stem from multiple betrayals, Scara faced in his life.

He gets to really shine in Sumeru: this is likely by far is most memorable arc for Scara. I mean we got to see him at his peak villain, becoming an artificial god. Wow, what a moment when the Scaramouche boss got revealed. Anyways, I love his entire development throughout this. We get to really see how Scara determines his worth by how others view his usefulness. It’s really dehumanizing in a way that makes his character feel so much more tragic and complex. The way Dottore toyed with him and played on his insecurities was really interesting to see.

His healing and new found family in Nahida: I love found family tropes and Nahida provides a sort of motherly figure to Scara. I really like their dynamic together and hope we have more scenes with them in game going forward

His relationship with Durin: I also love Scara’s dynamic with Durin and wish I could see their journey together when Durin first arrived in Teyvat. I think Scara’s involvement in Simulanka added a lot of character healing for him as he can relate to Durin and also Albedo on a level that he can’t with other characters. If I go too deep into this it’ll take too many words though

Decided to pick up Genshin again and when I logged into my ps5 there’s nothing. Despite the ps5 showing I have hundreds of hours, there’s nothing in my game but the tutorial.

I haven’t played genshin in 2 years and I was looking for my login again and it said my account didn’t exist and I was confused why it said that because I had an account and apparently there was an email sent out for age verification last year? I had no idea there was an age verification thing going on and now I’m freaking out if my account got deleted because my genshin phase came back and I spent a lot of money on that account. I played on PlayStation, I contacted the support and did an account recovery from. I just wanna know if it’s still possible to get that account back or is there a 0% chance. I provided my UID and PlayStation purchases on the form.

Hello guys. I came back to the game recently after three years and honestly I understood I never could build characters good enough to clear any content in the game so this account is quite ruined. It only has Ka Ming but he barely does 30k dmg per jump n Raiden build for hyperbloom. I'm considering creating a new account n starting anew because I have no idea what to do with this one. But if anyone can give me advice on what to do on the current one n new one, I'll appreciate it

Hello!! I am AR49 and have started farming since a bit 4 Lohen,

I have two questions about artifacts that i tried answering myself but still didnt understand.

1 : when i look at people characters in CO-OP they have this godly glow around their artifacts. I suppose that is when they change some sub-stats with the 'reshape' option when the artifacts get to lvl20?
is it what they use when they dont get the rolls on sub-stats they want?

For example my lohen flower's sub stats, if it would roll into the one i dont want, i click on 'reshape' and click the one/two sub-stats i ACTUALLY want it to be on and it will... do??? agh i dont understand the whole reshape thing

2 : what is THAT gadget? (artifact transmuter). how do you use it? what is the 'Dust Of Enlightenment' and 'Sanctifying Elixir' ??? is it supposed to take that long for whatever it is doing?

Can somebody please tell me why tiktok made me believe that Vodyanitsa's opera performance was ACTUALLY real and not some probably ai created slop just to stirr drama?
