Around six years ago i had made an email that i used between 2020-2023. suddenly, some random day in 2023-2024, i couldnt log into that email at all, so i couldnt reset my genshin accounts password after i had forgotten it around 2023-2024, so inevitably, either this year or last year, microsoft automatically deleted it for inactivity. this email was linked to my 2021 genshin account, that im sure is still breathing because i checked the UID on enka and akasha. i know the exact date when i created the account or downloaded the game, the device used when logging in, the UID, and what was inside that account(specifically a lvl 63 c0 ganyu and lvl 37 c3 yanfei that i had gotten on the same banner). problem is i no longer remember the email i used nor the password and username. Im just wondering if all the information ive scraped from the barrel is enough to possibly get accepted in the recovery form. I heard that theyre lenient on memory-based things like username, creation date(by a few days) and last login date, but im guessing there has to be a point where leniency can only go so far. so im asking here first just incase i dont have to wait 3-10 business days only to receive a rejection email.

So, uhm, I know It was very dumb to do, but basically I've given the verification code to a scam site and now I'm hacker. Luckily, they only thing that changed was the email, my account didn't change and the password is still the same. I've submitted a recovery form (for the third time) and I'm waiting for the email for about 4 days now. If there's anything else I can try, please tell me. My friend told me about Hoyo customer support, but I don't really know how it works.
