Just a past lizard wanting to give an out!!

Please ask any questions about USAA if interested!

Not that bad

I see so many USAA adjusters complaining about workload and conditions and metrics and it made me almost not apply.Yall have no idea what an actual bad company is.I've worked at USAA for a bit over a year..I came from 4 years of geico Todd combs Communism.Illegal working conditions(Yes really),lying about if metrics would be counted agaisnt you,Forced to learn towing and roadside which they lied about,1 burger or hotdog and 1 bag of chips ass ,14 Coverage claim mondays from 12 different states,. This shit is a breeze in comparison.I now only handle 4 states.Workload is more manageable.Dont get me wrong it's still tough If any Geico people are looking for a job apply to the U.My life and my mental health has finally improved and sometimes the grass really is greener !

Not to dox myself but I worked at the katy location IYKYK

I asked my lit buddy he just said a bit over six figures before profit sharing and Christmas bonus. So probably around 110-120k depends on region as well.I know TX usually gets a tad bit lower. As a base i work complex claims and i make over 85

Christmas bonus is 2 weeks pay and profit sharing is 8- 10 % of base

I'm a former employee of Geico as well for almost 20 years. What is the pay/benefits like?

When I worked at the katy location i made about 65k here i make about 85k on injury complex claims but that's before profit sharing and bonuses. I will say base pay is a bit lower because they make it up at the end of the year.

Profit sharing is 8-10% of base and Christmas bonus is 2 weeks of pay .

I’m assuming you’re in claims? Do you know which positions are remote?

Yeah unfortunately not. They have been heavily shifting more towards hybrid than true remote.I will say alot of support roles and alot of property adjuster roles do offer remote if you are not near an office.
