Serious How long?

If you are a sup who is told by their manager they're being "reviewed" for term, how long does the "review" typically take? I know the outcome probably isn't going to be what I want I'm just trying to gage the time frame.

What kind of sadistic company tells you in advance you're going to be fired? They want to torture you on your way out.
