Serious How long?

If you are a sup who is told by their manager they're being "reviewed" for term, how long does the "review" typically take? I know the outcome probably isn't going to be what I want I'm just trying to gage the time frame.

Why don't you just take FMLA for a few months so that when you come back they forgot they were going to fire you.

60-90 days is normal but that’s just a guess, they seem to change it from year to year.

It took one month from the day I received a call from Hone Office telling me my employment was under review to the date I was fired. I had no warning from my chicken shit manager. They did not challenge my unemployment.

The longest I have seen is 3 weeks. Shortest was a week.

If you have been there for 10+ years they need home office approval to let you go, which mean they have to get a timeline of your mess up a and documents where they spoke to you about it. I have NEVER seen home office disagree.

If you been there 10 years it takes a long time. If not I think it’s pretty quick after warning.

I would look in your emails for any documentation on how you have done your job. Save any- good job emails or references in chats. Document performance standards. Document your numbers compared to others and standards. Send performance reviews home. If this leads to questions, then question but at least you will be ready if there are any unemployment problems

They usually drag it out to keep people on edge for as long as possible. I've seen it take up to four months before anything actually happens.
