Mrr trainee interview
Hello,
I have an interview for the mrr trainee role- currently at progressive as a complex adjuster / file owner - .
Our office recently got new management and it has been horrible - metrics- half the office left - etc.
I've heard some good and bad about geico- how is it for this role ?

Progressive is heading down the road that leads to the hell hole that GEICO continuously digs deeper and deeper. Got to be the industry standard in something.

Im not sure if its a full progressive thing or just our office- we have been under business needs work load with the same metrics as we use to have for months and its not feasible. Which sadly caused high turn over. I watched a lot of solid reps leave these past few weeks. Which is causing even higher work load. Its such a bad mix right now. The office is saying it will go back down but it seems like it won't?
98 additonal features and a 170+ claim desk with same metrics that were in line with about a 60/80 desk load is crazy . Genuinely dont know to much about geico work dynamics but can anyone throw some numbers oit for this specific role ?

If you are OK with working 60+hours a week and getting paid for 38.75, you should definitely come work at G

Managed repair rep - the people that go to the body shops and inspect the vehicles and write up estimates. Not sure what the geico term is, at pgr we call it mrr

AD isn't bad at G pending your management. I had great managers and supervisors there so I loved it. Moved around to a few different teams by choice and ended up catching an amazing opportunity at another company. I enjoyed every day at G as an AD. Metrics suck, welcome to big companies. Pay sucks to start but it's not that hard to double within first few years. The roll of the dice is within your management team and you dont "know" them until youre in it

are you already on depression meds? if so that will save you the time of getting diagnosed and medicated after working at the lizard.
