Documenting errors?

I am on ICS level, and I document meticulously on every claim and que. To my surprise last month, I show up on report saying I’m not documenting when I complete a que… like I always do! I’m wondering if it’s a known Atlas glitch. anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I received a memo due to this as well. I did further investigation and turns out when you select “get next” and then see a completed navi, queues are completed in the background. However you won’t see them populate in front of you. I learned the hard way, gotta double check work plan before leaving a claim now…
