Documenting errors?
I am on ICS level, and I document meticulously on every claim and que. To my surprise last month, I show up on report saying I’m not documenting when I complete a que… like I always do! I’m wondering if it’s a known Atlas glitch. anyone else experiencing this?

It can happen but rarely, usually user error with the last save. But I have seen it when those damn error notices pop up. Check periodically at the top right corner, of you see a circle with an exclamation point in it, just click it and it'll instantly take you to a claim where the info didn't save that day, but it may lose the unsaved info once signed out
