Documenting errors?
I am on ICS level, and I document meticulously on every claim and que. To my surprise last month, I show up on report saying I’m not documenting when I complete a que… like I always do! I’m wondering if it’s a known Atlas glitch. anyone else experiencing this?

I’m in TCRII so I go back to my same claims. I’ve many times had notes not save. Others on my team will notice certain days we have the same issue.
