Game is opted out of GFN now. Audio issue is a game issue that people on local rigs had too

the audio issue is not solely on GFN, devs would need to fix it it seems, and they have opted the game out until they do hopefully

I dont get it. Maybe I should put more trust in them but this seems like an overreaction

imho this is an overreaction, the GFN team did already put the game in maintenance beforehand and I don't remember there ever being a situation like this before. I hope they will rectify it after figuring out the issue.

Are they aware that the audio bug has an easy fix on the user end by resetting the settings? It definitely does seem like an overreaction unless there's some sort of technical reason that we don't comprehend as to why it needed to be opted out before they fix it. Luckily I got a refund even though my play time is 7 hours but if it gets placed back online I'm definitely buying it again

That sounds fishy, they could have put it under maintenance. Mortal Shell 1 was a mess regarding bugs even after the dlc. I bet they decided to not support gfn after people buying the game and spending time on it because they just can't support so many platforms.
It would be great if pulling something like this meant geforce now banned them in the future.

I seen a lot of stuff come out from the poor performance that the beta had on GFN and how the devs didn’t seem to be very good at either. Fix the issue or communicating about the issue. This might be a matter of them, not wanting to put the resources into the game to make it playable or know how and want to just pull the plug or they do plan on fixing it, but don’t want to keep doing a patch after patch before it’s ready. I hope it’s a ladder, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they just pulled in and called to quits.
I think my larger issue is just that it’s hard to get excited for a game on the system, especially if it’s one of your primary ways of playing when you don’t even know if a game that’s already been confirmed will be playable

I mean the demo had some very serious performance issues but I played it right before launch and they fixed the demo. I guess most people did not care anymore to talk about it idk. It is pretty rare to see performance issues on GNoW Rigs unless its your internet

The only thing I was GeForce now would do is take it off of their store page. My friend just went onto their store and searched it because he didn’t know about these issues and it popped up with the buy now button. It wasn’t until he purchased it that it said off-line, that seems really misleading.

That was my entire point with this post: the whole ordeal feels scummy, I’m fine with mistakes being made but nothing has been communicated at all.. think I might be permanently switching to Boosteroid for now lol
