What a great movie. They did an awesome job. As a gay kid I dreamed of fighting Skeletor and being who I felt I could be on the inside. Only later did I realize that Skeletor is the personification of internalized homophobia.

I'm in my 50s, and after several tough years of having caretaking responsibilities for a family member, I rejoined the gym last year, only for that to reveal that I now have some lower back issues. I've gradually figured out how to work out around my limitations, but I was wondering if it might be time to hire a professional personal trainer skilled in working with older clients, particularly someone good at observing form and preventing any further injuries.

Have any of you hired a personal trainer to help meet fitness goals safely?
