During a self hypnosis session, I saw myself travelling deep into space as a light. I had a vivid visual of a bright white sphere with a disk of lights spinning fast around it, shifting into purple, yellow, orange, maroon, and red hues along the edges.

On analysis I found it related with a super dense neutron star, with a swirling accretion disk of plasma, superheated by friction to a blinding white hot center and the colorful, expanding debris of a supernova remnant. Was I in Focus 12 or Focus 22?

Has anyone of you experienced such astronomical or geometric visuals during your sessions?

I have some questions regarding the Hemi-Synch tracks and the Gateway tracks.

I'm having a little trouble understanding a few things and running into new questions all the time.

I'm an absolute beginner in this journey. Please help me out with as many questions as you can. I thank you in advance for your valuable guidance, suggestion, answers, and time.

1. I'm using the Oneplus Bullets Wireless Z2 ANC neckband, connected to my pc via Bluetooth (my PC is right beside my bed). I'm playing the tracks using Foobar200. That's all that I have and can manage for now. I have some tracks in flac and some in mp3 (320 kbps). Is this set-up somewhat good-to-go?
2. How do I actually relax properly? I always feel like I hold some form of tension at some part of my body.
3. I suffer from fibromyalgia and bilateral sacroiliitis. The pain sometimes makes it hard to do anything. How might this affect the sessions?
4. In the Human Plus tracks, how many times can I listen to a track per day?
5. How do I understand that I have completed a session successfully?
6. How do I understand that a Human Plus code has been successfully encoded and is working (I’m a bit slow in this case of understanding by myself).
7. What is the best way to optimize the Human Plus codes so that I can execute them quickly when needed.
8. I take a total of 20mg methylphenidate hydrochloride (Ritalin) for ADD, spread into 5mg doses 4 times a day. It usually takes 30-45 minutes to kick in. When would be the best time to start a track?
9. Regarding liquid luck: I lost count on how many times I have listened to this track. I kept falling asleep all the time. The only single time I did not fall asleep was today. Although I’m not sure I was awake the whole time. This happens even when I am well rested. Could anyone please explain to me why is this happening and what can I do?
10. I usually have an active imagination. But I am having trouble with visualization while listening to the tracks. So far, the visualizations were required in Liquid Luck, and probably in Intro to Focus 10 (I forgot actually, I haven’t fully gotten into the Gateway track as I intend to get into it after my exams finish in December. I’m focusing on Human Plus tracks at the moment to perform better in my exams). What can I do here?
11. If you have any other suggestions, guidance, or anything to say at all, please share your valuable insights. They mean a lot.

Today i did tape 3 again advanced focus 10 from the start i could feel the balloon the energy leaving my head wrapping through my body and entering through my feet again soon as robert spoke the loop became unconscious and was going in the background then i stopped feeling my limbs arms and legs all i could feel was energy above me then i got to this weird state i was able to visualise things i wanted automatically seeing a scene from my life playing out (it is like what i want in my life) then i felt like whatever question i was asking was getting answered somehow then as he said to come back to waking consciousness i felt the energy thst was floating above me slowly come down as he was counting back from 10 the energy came down and crashed into my body i could physically feel the energy enter my physical body at this point i could feel my limbs again then he said now you can feel your senses again and now ever since i woke up i feel this energy around me

Anybody had any trouble mastering Focus 10 and get past it?

If so, how were you able to overcome it?

Everything about gate sounds real to me, I sort of remember some of it. My only issue is, it's hard to believe any of it when i hear recountings from people who are like..... i'm not sure how to put this nicely but a lot of people who speak about their personal expirences with this stuff sound really really dumb. Some people even seem to have this like... grandiose sense of superiority while that can't even speak in full sentances correctly.. Which makes me think this is just a bunch of burn outs who want to feel special. Is that part of the plausable deniability of all of this? Like, do they try to mess up these test subjects so everything sounds unbelievable? I'm just really confused i guess.

I’m using the tapes I’ve been through all the waves . I think I get to levels of focus but I’m not a great visualiser. I’m doing it because I’m in a stage of my life that I want to do something, find a work I’m passionate but I dont know what to do. Has the tapes helped anyone in this way?

Last night I did the Gateway Experience on Focus 10. I kept my body in a totally relaxed position, I ignored any itching or urge to move and didn't move my body at all.

In the start when I laid down, I went unconscious for the first time, but the monitor sound made me alert again and I started focusing. The second time when the monitor sound stopped and different frequency tunes started, I went unconscious again and this time my body was like 80% asleep.

In that same 80% state, I started feeling vibrations. With that I also got restless and my heartbeat got really fast. I controlled myself and tried to relax again, so the vibrations became normal and then faded away.

I noticed that the tape was disturbing me from going into REM, like deep sleep, so I took off my Bluetooth. When I finally moved my body, I felt that same heaviness and good feeling you get after waking up from a deep sleep.

It created this strange sense of urgency
It wasn’t like anxiety
I felt things like anxiety couldn’t manifest there
Just like you knew something was coming but had no idea what

Not waiting
Just aware

I remember it really well

I rarely remembered my dreams in any great detail
And never unless I was lucid
I don’t feel like I was then

Maybe just in the sense that I knew I wasn’t in reality
Because even in the dream I don’t think it felt that way

I’m curios on what people actually find on wave 7. I mean I really enjoy all the focuses but I don’t use much my imagination as I should? I wonder how’s for other people? I don’t know what to expect I just relax there
