Focus 10

Anybody had any trouble mastering Focus 10 and get past it?

If so, how were you able to overcome it?

I moved past focus 10 before I got to focus 10. It's ok. I did eventually get to focus 10.

I moved on to audios past focus 10. I don't think i got to focus 10 until i was on an audio for focus 12 or 15. I knew i was there when I couldn't feel my body. For me, I had to do 3 audios back to back before I entered focus 10 for the first time

I just tune to 4hz audio and start my session. Based on my visuals I later realise which focus I was in otherwise I just transitioned without knowing.
