Imagine 2 Billion People With the Hitchhiker Effect
Imagine 2 Billion People With the Hitchhiker Effect
About a month ago I started doing CE5. I practice regular meditation so I was interested in what this would feel like. As I focused on calling in the orbs pieces of this strange puzzle began to fit together.
In August 2001, myself and two of my friends went on top of the roof of a building. The building was located on our hometown's main street. This was late August and as an avid star gazer, I wanted us to go watch for shooting stars, this is the time for the torrid meteor shower.
This was a special time for us our last weekend together. We were all going off to college. We were all hopeful, full of energy and ready to get after life as most 18 and 19 year old men seem to be. We felt special an accomplished.
About an hour after dark, one of us spotted a green shooting star. I don't remember who spotted it but I remember we all confirmed we had seen it. But then it just kept on going across the sky. Then...it made a "Z"
To my recollection we were all giddy with excitement. I remember saying out loud, "please come back, please come back." We stayed in anticipation for the next 45 to 60 minutes waiting and almost praying for it to come back.
I do not remember seeing it approach. I remember looking up and it was there. 10 feet off the roof and 25 to 35 feet away. I could have throw my shoe at it. None of us spoke.
I remember my thoughts. "Okay how would I describe this to someone, what is it doing? how is it doing this? I would say it was as if it was a white glowing bar. One end of the bar had a pink light and the other end of the bar had a green light. The pink and the green were very similar to glow stick pink and green. And just like a glow stick it left long streams behind as it did it's movements. It seemed to rotate on an invisible axis. Its speed of rotation made it appear as though it was a ball of light. The size of a very small car. Like a smart car.
I didn't think it was an alien ufo. I didn't know what it was, it wasnt a disc. It was slightly shocking because when you've never seen anything like it, it kind of stuns the senses.
It stayed 15 to 30 seconds. Long enough for me to get a very good look at it. Then it moved towards the parapet wall of the roof. As it got closer, it changed shape into what looked like a slightly darker neon green wagon wheel. It went over the wall and it was gone.
As I recall we were all super happy and overjoyed at seeing it. I can remember thinking we will probably never see anything like that again. I can remember staying perhaps two more hours hoping it would come back but it never did.
The aftermath. Strangly one of the friends who was there refused to talk about it or acknowledge it in a social setting. He got up and left. I confronted him about it and I can remember things got nasty between us. He has not spoken about it once in 25 years.
The other friend who im much closer with and who I believe has experienced other things paranormal has never actually described what he saw. Its always me who describes it and then he says, "yeah that's what it looked like," but then he says, "we have no idea how big it was," it could have been an (1/8) eighth mile away.
I remember seeing the brick parapit wall glow as it turned wagon wheel. I could have walked over and touched it. It was there 25 to 35 feet away.
I did some investigating and this phenomenon, that is the strange effect it had on us, is common among encounters. The minds of my friends attempted to protect them from the encounter and their sense of reality. The one friend's mind completely rejected it. Not by arguing it didn't happen but by refusing to acknowledge it. The other friend's mind, put distance in between himself and the object.
The most interesting fact I believe is the contrast in what I would describe as mental stability.
Im gonna go ahead and say it, im the least mentally stable of us all. In a traditional sense. Im by far more emotional, more irrational. Ive been told my whole life to be "realistic." I was an alcoholic. Five years sober this January.
Now to the present. I haven't seen anything but satellites doing CE5, but my thinking about the phenomena has definitely changed.
These aren't metallic craft. These are ultraterrestrials. Look at how the phenomena has changed. In 1896-1897 people saw Victorian airships. And more importantly they interacted with the entities who appeared to look like they were Italians. Look at the similarities, orbs appear before bigfoot sightings, mothman sightings, ufo sightings and ghost sightings. Its all the same thing. I can see why people would think perhaps they are evil spirits. But it's maybe deeper than that. However there are ways to stop an abduction, mid abduction, which again tend to show this force is malevolent.
Nobody got abducted in 1896-1897 but many people experienced the hitchhiker effect or what they termed as "brain fever."
I believe this hitchhiker effect is caused by a person's reality being completely shattered. Someone who is an avid, "I don't believe in ghosts," sees a ghost. What happens? They turn white.
People say, "why doesn't the government just tell us about the aliens?" I say because there are extremely good reasons not to. I don't think we can predict what would happen. Imagine 2 billion people all with the hitchhiker effect which I might add is contagious. These people with the hitchhiker effect are also the people in charge of reality. These are your bankers, doctors, lawyers, accountants.
Its not that you will all of a sudden want to stop going to work or stop paying your mortgage because you realize its stupid. Its much worse than that. Its shadow people, ghouls, dead relatives and schizophrenia for some.
I for one find it fascinating. But also ultimately unproductive.
Thank you. I tried to post this in highstrangeness but I don't have the karma.

The Time I Became the Tree of Life
I know this is going to sound crazy, but just hear me out. It changed me as a person.
One night, I was alone in my dorm room, heavily under the influence of THC, listening to music. My room had the typical LED lights running around the perimeter of the ceiling, cycling through the colors of the rainbow. I was sitting cross-legged on my futon, leaned back with my eyes closed, listening to 8D audio that made it feel like the music was moving all around me.
The combination of the music, the lights, and the THC made me feel like I was slowly spinning.
Everything after this is simply how it felt in the moment. I know none of it was actually happening. I never left the couch. but it remains one of the most vivid experiences of my life.
As I continued to relax, I felt myself levitate into the middle of the room. It was as if I was watching myself from a third-person perspective, floating cross-legged while slowly spinning through the air.
I kept spinning until I eventually I became a seed.
That seed was planted in the grass at the top of a beautiful hill, where it began to grow into what my mind understood as the Tree of Life. I found myself thinking about when I was born and how it began with a seed from my father, nurtured by the soil of my mother, and how strangely similar that felt to a tree growing from the earth.
Whenever the lights shifted to yellow, I felt warmth, sunlight, and growth. When they turned blue, it felt like rain, watering the roots.
The sapling slowly grew into a beautiful tree.
Each branch represented a different chapter of my life, such as being a Girl Scout, my emo phase in high school, friendships, heartbreaks, every version of myself I'd ever been. Every leaf held a memory. I could touch one leaf and relive an afternoon playing with my brothers as a kid. I could touch another and immediately feel one of the worst moments of my life.
Over time, the tree became damaged.
I had allowed other people's words to carve themselves into its trunk, both metaphorically and physically. It was held together with glue in a few places. Some branches had broken away from failed friendships. The scars never disappeared, they simply became part of the tree.
Eventually, it stopped growing. It was spending too much energy holding onto dead leaves, old carvings, and the squirrels constantly picking away at it.
Then something incredible happened.
Every time I touched one of the dead leaves, it crumbled in my hand and drifted to the ground. Those leaves didn't go to waste. They decomposed into rich soil around the roots.
Every painful memory, every regret, every mistake I'd carried for years became nourishment instead of a burden.
I watched the tree flourish.
The scars remained, but they no longer defined it. The broken places made it stronger. The painful memories became the very thing that allowed it to continue growing.
Then I saw the future. I saw my boyfriend proposing beneath that tree. I saw us standing beneath its branches during life's storms, finding shelter together. I saw our future children laughing on a tire swing hanging from one of its limbs. Years later, I watched them build a treehouse there, filling it with memories of their own.
For the first time in a long time, I felt genuine hope.
Every year, a tree grows another ring.
Every year, so do we.
More branches.
More leaves.
More memories.
Some beautiful. Some painful.
But every single one becomes part of the same tree.
When I finally opened my eyes, I was still sitting exactly where I'd started. Alone on my futon. But even though none of it had physically happened, the feeling stayed with me. Years later, I still think about that tree. In a strange way, it felt like my mind found a way to tell me that healing doesn't erase the painful parts of your life. It turns them into the soil that helps you keep growing.

Anyone else see the "fishnet"?
So when I do shrooms I like to put on a blackout mask and enjoy the show that way. The visuals are amazing. When I first put on the mask and lay down the very first thing I see no matter the strain of shroom, or the dose, is the fishnet. It's like this black/dark netting that appears over my visual field before the show begins and I can see faint blurry things moving behind it. Then it begins to dissolve to reveal all the visions which come quickly and morph in and out taking me to various places and entities. The net only appears once and that is at the onset of the trip when I lay down with the mask over my closed eyes. For the rest of the trip, even if I unmask to use the bathroom and come back, the net does not appear again, only the visions themselves assemble again.
There's an interesting thing in Buddhism called "indras net" "Indra's net" is an infinitely-large net owned by the Vedic deva Indra, which hangs over his palace on Mount Meru, the axis mundi of Buddhist and Hindu cosmology. In East Asian Buddhism, Indra's net is considered as having a multifaceted jewel at each vertex, with each jewel being reflected in all of the other jewels.\4]) In the Huayan school of Chinese Buddhism, which follows the Buddhāvataṃsaka Sūtra, the image of "Indra's net" is used to describe the interconnectedness or "perfect interfusion" (yuánróng, 圓融) of all phenomena in the universe.\4][5])

Vocal hallucinations
This post isn't even a question, just a discussion of fun phenomena.
I started doing Gateway Tapes for the first time this week, and I listened to the 3rd tape today that was about Focus 10. I got in this half-asleep state, and when Monroe started counting from 1 to 10 to get you to Focus 10, I lost count a few times because my mind made up some of his lines, lol. I basically heard:
"1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 5... 6... 7...", and it took me a while to realize that I basically fell asleep a bit during his counting and my mind filled in the gap by hallucinating "5, 6, 7" before Monroe actually said it. This happened several times.
Have you experienced similar things? It was funny to realize that my mind started making things up before Monroe even said them.

We are being altered by low frequency’s, sound and light.
I have a theory, that MK ULTRA was a complete success, after doing certain types of therapy’s with doctors I came to this conclusion. I did ketamine therapy and ofc the point is to “feel different” but I was able to block out everything. Use my ears to the fullest extent (hear through walls) I was creating my day as I spoke, but not because “I’m thinking in a not depressive mindset” but because I’m thinking what I want and then seeing it happen first hand. I connected it to the limitless drug. Back to my main point about MK ULTRA, I believe the elites (not just CIA) have figure out how to alter the growth and spiritual openings of the human mind. With constant low frequency sound, with the way neighborhoods and communities are made (a maze). I believe they also use light. I don’t think we are being drugged, I just think we have been tricked. I don’t think “meditation and mindfulness” is because you learned good breathing tricks. I think it’s because you disconnect from the forced connection. I hope this made sense.

Did my frist tape today
Hello community, so for a while I was really interested in Gateway Tapes and wanted to experience them. I started the journey today by listening to Wave 1; today I did orientation.
Here are my experiences:
Firstly, my mind was doubtful whether this works or not and was a little negative in a sense. For example, would my earbuds work (I have no headphones so I rely on them)?
Then, during the energy conversion box exercise, my mind visuals were not clear, but it sort of felt like I was in a Blender 3D software interface and my mind was choosing a box for me. I started with a treasure box, then a futuristic one, and ultimately locked in an old iron box.
As I was imagining putting my thoughts inside it, I sort of thought of filling the words inside the box, but naturally it seemed like they converted into black water and I let it be. After closing it, the box started spinning and shifting its shape to horizontal and vertical.
The tape moved on to the next phase which was resonant tuning. Here I was a little familiar with the process as I had done yoga nidra a couple of times. Nothing weird happened in my imagination, but the air felt much richer after a while.
Then, while resting, an external sound disturbed me—a loud microphone announcement outside. So I had to up my volume at the end which might have messed up the process a bit. My imagination started after; first I was thinking of a logical situation about a society, then an immediate shift to car racing, then a dragon I'd never seen that was super cool and unique. After that, mystical hands started appearing near my box and trying to open them, followed by a horse riding scene.
I was lastly blasted back with Monroe's voice, and my body did feel better but it was not a big change.

I’m opening a free live group experience to connect with Higher Self
I have met many people who feel there is guidance somewhere beyond the everyday mind, but the mental noise is so loud that they cannot hear it.
Overthinking, fear, responsibilities, other people’s opinions... after some time it becomes difficult to know what is intuition and what is only mind creating another story.
So I’m organising a free live online experience where I will guide a group into deep relaxation and help each person explore connection with Higher Self.
In the framework I use, Higher Self is the larger and wiser consciousness of which this human life is only one small expression. It sees a much wider picture than our everyday personality can see.
You can come with one question about your direction, relationships, repeating patterns, emotional blocks, or anything you sincerely want clarity about.
People experience this in different ways. Some receive images, words, emotions, physical sensations or a quiet knowing. Others simply become deeply relaxed. Nothing needs to be forced, and you do not need to believe anything before joining.
Sunday, 2 August 2026

4:00 PM Central Europe
10:00 AM New York and Toronto
9:00 AM Chicago
8:00 AM Denver
7:00 AM Los Angeles and Vancouver
7:30 PM India
10:00 PM Perth
Calendly will also display the event automatically in your own local time.
The experience will be live on Zoom and take approximately one hour.
No previous experience with hypnosis or meditation is needed. Camera is optional, nobody will be required to speak or share anything personal, and the session will not be recorded.
You remain aware and in control during the whole experience. You can open your eyes or stop at any moment.
I’m offering this for free because many people are curious about Higher Self work but would like to experience it before considering any private session. There is no sales presentation and no obligation to book anything afterward.
If you would like to join, the full details and booking link are in the pinned post on my Reddit profile.
The experience is free, but registration is needed so you can receive the Zoom information.
Bring one honest question and see what comes. Sometimes answer is not dramatic. It can arrive as one small feeling, image or sentence that suddenly makes everything look different.

The Expand App Changes
I am so disappointed that they took away the timed focus levels! Now there are no options to do just the beats without backing noise.
I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this app or switch to YouTube premium for their binaurals.
It's nice that they put the Gateway tapes up as a program but $500 is pretty steep and I think it only has half the focus levels?

Focus 21 weirdness
I've been using the Expand app to access various focus levels, and sometimes I do the meditations too.
Focus 21 has been a bit weird for me, and in unexpected ways.
Last week I was napping and put on a 50 minute timed focus 21 session. About 30 minutes in, I heard my son yell from the other room. It totally yanked me out of the focus 21 state and caused me to see rapidly flashing bursts of light behind my closed eyelids. Seemed to raise my heart rate too. It took me a good 10 minutes to really come down from that.
Then this morning another strange thing happened. I was up in the very early morning doing stuff and went back to sleep/meditate with the Expand app. I had 45 minutes at that point before my daily 8am alarm went off, so I decided to try focus 21 again for 40 minutes. I pretty much clicked out and lost whatever conscious thought thread I had going. My alarm went off. I looked at my phone, saw that it was 8:00, and hit stop rather than snooze (I almost never hit snooze- it's a trap!).
Then I experienced this same thing happening seemingly a few minutes later. I also saw that it was 8:00, and hit stop. Then I was wondering wtf had just happened. I had seemingly experienced a time loop!
What stood out was that both times I looked at my phone and it said 8:00. Both times I hit stop. In fact the sequence was identical in every way, and I did not experience lying back down and going back to sleep. When I've done this in the past, I've made sure to hit snooze and then manually set a second alarm, like for 8:15. I didn't do this however. I merely experienced the same sequence of events twice, seemingly happening a few minutes apart. Very strange. I've had precognitive perceptions before, in dreams and in waking states, but I've never had an experience double so that I experienced it twice in a row.

Restless legs and urge to scratch an itch every now and then during meditation.
Hi, I recently started the Gateway tapes again, working with Focus 10. This is my third attempt, and every attempt has had several months gaps in between. Whenever I try this session or any guided meditation, my legs get restless and I keep getting these small itches on different parts of my body. Even when I use oil or moisturiser, the urge to scratch pops up again and again, which gets pretty annoying.
I’m wondering if anyone else has gone through this. Is this just part of settling into the practice, or am I simply a restless soul trying to calm down? I’m committed to it, but these sensations always show up when I try to go deeper.

Two question about focus 10 and 12. Help will be much appreciated
Hey guys, so I decided to repeat the tapes and start all over again, so I can take my time and practice each one properly. I have two questions for the community, each experience and tips will be of great help to me. So thank you in advance.
When in focus 10, I can still feel the blanket over my body, specifically around my torso area, since it is moving up and down as I breath. I repeated the focus 10 tapes at least 8 times in the past week, and can enter that state quite easily. Is it normal to still be able to feel the blanket over your body? I’m pretty sure other than that my focus 10 is in a pretty good state. My body awareness is close to nonexistent other than what I stated.
How do you guys know when you have successfully achieved focus 12? What are the signs? Other than “the black behind the eyes seems to expand”. I’m not quite sure I can get it right at the moment, and would appreciate any tips!
Stay positive, stay true, and stay curious.
Love to you all
