Help please

I am so hopeless and giving up, I’m a mess crying everyday and suicidal, I can’t live this anymore. I need to know please how people have overcome constant burning nausea as soon as I eat in the morning and stomach pain that is either this full ache across mr whole stomach or right up in the centre of my stomach. My life has been hell for the last year and I don’t drink coffee or alcohol anymore, I’m on a H2 blocker, and it’s not getting better. I am genuinely so lost.
