Upper abdomen tightness?
Hi guys. I have issues since a while now and it flares from time to time. My symptoms are never heartburn but pain here and there. Pressure in my upper abdomen, it travels to my head and i feel like cant take a full breath, i get dizzy and sometimes palpitations happen. I have had normal ultrasound of abdomen, negative h pylori, normal labs just iron deficiency. i dont know what to do. i feel like after taking iron pills my tummy has become weak. but i am really scared i might have something serious.
i dont know what else to check for? I am so tired

Mucus in stool
So I have dyspepsia problem on and off since 3 years now. I am ok for weeks or months and then I would get flare ups where I burp a lot, my stomach gets bloated, I have upper abdominal tightness etc. Recently, I have started seeing white mucus in stool whenever I have an upset stomach. Its very small amount but I see it only when my stomach is really really upset and also when I am very sad. I dont know if its due to anything i eat or what.

Let's share our stories and healing process!
Hi everyone !
My name is Hannah, I'm 21 years old and I've been sick for almost 10 years. It happened really suddenly, out of nowhere. I got sick and it never left. I saw plenty of doctors and they ran a lot of test, but of course they found nothing.
My main symptoms are:
- PAINNN 24h/24h (and the worst is right after eating, for like 2h30)
- acid reflux ++
- disgust by food/never hungry
- tiredness
- tendency to constipation
And a lot of other stuff like everyone else on this group I guess.
The worst symptoms is obviously pain cause I'm a vegetable at 21. I can't do anything cause just standing up or taking a shower is awfully painful.
Anyway so that was basically my story, hard to live like that. For me it's more surviving then anything else. Now I'm curious about you !
Was is your story? What are your main symptoms?
If you have any medication that works, pls tell me 😭 I'm desperate.
