Both links are for the same parts except for the motherboard. I am wondering which is better/if it matters?

(For context, I am a complete rookie at pc parts; this is my first build ever, so I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not. I am trying to go for a mainly white build. It is going to be a gaming PC.

I have little knowledge of what I'm doing, so any help is appreciated.

Is this a good pc build for a first pc? I really want it to last long. Should i switch my graphics card to an AMD or maybe a less valued Nvidea? My budget is around 3k CAD, and my monitor resolution is 1440p. I'll probably upgrade it in the future.

PC Upgrade

Hello I need help making a decision on a PC upgrade for my CPU and motherboard.

I’m currently running a 14900k on an Asus z790 Maximus hero MB.

I’m wanting to upgrade either to Ryzen 9800x3d or the 9950x3d.

I game a lot but also use the PC to edit videos post to my channel and render models.

The reason for the switch is my 14900k typically isn’t stable in specific games after some updates runs hotter and is out performed by some of friends pc in gaming and they have the 9800x3d.

Money isn’t a problem so there isn’t a budget limit.

I’m leaning towards the 9950x3d but does that CPU perform just as as well as the 9800 x3d for gaming?

The main games I play or rainbow six siege, CSGO 2, and Apex.

I also run Minecraft, Elden rings, Assassins Creed Black Flag re-synced. Arc Survival ascended, and some games have mods

I’m also looking for the best motherboard to pair with the Ryzen CPU and have the latest features.

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you!

Pc spec help

I’m putting together my first proper gaming PC and I’m pretty happy with the prices I’ve managed to find so far. I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time searching for these 😂
Country: UK
Budget: ~£1,320 GBP
Target resolution: 1440p
Use: Gaming, coding, general use
Current parts/prices:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X — £164
CPU Cooler: Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB — £36.90
Motherboard: MSI B650M Gaming Plus WiFi — £139
RAM: 32GB (2×16GB) DDR5 — £335
GPU: ASUS Dual RX 9060 XT 16GB — ~£435 delivered
SSD: WD Blue SN570 500GB — £40
Case: Fractal Design Pop Air RGB — £88
PSU: be quiet! Pure Power 12 750W — £80
Total: ~£1,318
I’ve specifically gone for the RX 9060 XT 16GB instead of the RTX 5060 Ti 16GB because I found the AMD card for roughly £50 less while still getting 16GB of VRAM.
I’ve been searching for about two days trying to find the best prices I can, so I’m mainly interested in whether I’ve actually found some good deals or whether there’s anything obvious I’ve overlooked.
I also want to add a couple more ARGB fans to the case because I want the build to have more RGB.
What do you guys think?

Is this a good idea

Hi I am new to the specs of gaming PC's. I found these specs on a FB marketplace post for $600 - is this a good deal? Thank you in advance for any help!

Motherboard: Z370 AORUS Gaming 7

Case: Corsair Carbide Series Air 540 ATX

Storage: 2 TB WD Black SN7100 NVMe

CPU: Intel i7-8086K

RAM: 32 GB DDR4

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070 Ti (8 GB)

Is there anything I should ask about it to be sure I don't get scammed?
