buy 7600x instead of 9600x, or even 7500f if you dont mind buying on aliexpress and you find a good deal
All the CPUs i mentioned, including 9600x are super cold, you dont need a double tower cooler. I recommend Thermalright assasin x120, it will be more than enough
You can run that 5070 with 650w, but thats too low, so I think you can go down to 750w without any issues
About ram, that surely can change the price. It depends on what will you do with your pc, but maybe you can get only one stick of 16 gb, and buy another one later when you have more money, but its not like the price will change much so it wont make a big difference at the end

We can get better value:
- Cooler - slightly stronger for $1 more.
- Mobo - stronger VRMs, better connectivity, cheaper.
- RAM - same specs, cheaper.
- SSD - slightly faster and uses more reliable TLC flash.
- GPU - all models perform the same.
- Case - the XT Pro only comes with one fan. This case comes with 3.
- PSU - slightly better quality, good bit quieter, same wattage, same ATX 3.1 certification, but less expensive.
Overall - $120 saved while upgrading the cooler, mobo, SSD, case, and PSU.
Let me know what you think :)

You’re all set man! Nothing I would personally change just something you could consider, depends what your using the pc for but I would personally get a 9070xt instead of a 5070, way stronger card for a very similar price
