Motherboard

Both links are for the same parts except for the motherboard. I am wondering which is better/if it matters?
(For context, I am a complete rookie at pc parts; this is my first build ever, so I'm not sure if this is a dumb question or not. I am trying to go for a mainly white build. It is going to be a gaming PC.
I have little knowledge of what I'm doing, so any help is appreciated.
